Hope they update the app. ### 2/5 — The app keeps going out *2024-08-27* I keep trying to make my business cards, but every time right when I’m trying to put a picture on it, the app suddenly exit out, and I have to redo it every time and it keeps kicking me out of the app ### 2/5 — Useless *2024-05-07* Just go on their website and design it there, website has more options and simple to use. Seems like designer of mobile app doesn’t use it himself. Very complicated and few options. Message to engineer: redesign it please. ### 3/5 — Need to get all your products on the app *2024-03-09* I use this service for business cards, mugs, and other things. Have the iPhone app and need to order more mugs while I am on the plane and well… no luck. Please get all products on the the app. If you need help with this I have a team of developers that can whip this out in a day or two. ### 2/5 — Can’t Log In *2023-09-16* I’d like to be able to use the app, but I can’t get past the log in screen. On the log in screen, I type in my password and click the Log In button, and I get a pop up that says, “Please Enter the password” even though it’s already entered. No problem with using that same password on their website, it just doesn’t work and doesn’t even seem to see it on the app. ### 2/5 — Can’t Log In *2023-08-23* I’d like to be able to use the app, but I can’t get past the log in screen. I have so many and don’t know what to do with them. I don’t think I will be ordering again. **Developer response:** Hi there, there can be many factors for this issue. It's important that the print file downloaded from Canva is a PNG or JPEG as those are best for printing. Colors are important too. If there's a filter or effect on the design it can make the colors appear different. I do hope you reached out to QC at the time to help address your concerns. ### 2/5 — It’s okay. *2021-08-04* I’ve been researching so I can to design business cards for my photography business, and I seen where GotPrints had really good reviews. I download the app and start designing. The app is relatively easy to use but has extremely limited options when it comes to fonts and other things to use for designing. Despite this it is not the reason why I’m giving it a bad rating. In the middle of my design the app glitches and I could not get it fixed without having to complete restart my design. **Developer response:** So sorry we glitched on you! We have fixed such bugs, glitches and issues we had on the Beta version of our app. The latest version does not have such issues any longer. We encourage you download the latest version to see the new and improved experience on there. Thanks for letting us know ### 1/5 — Poor UX, even worse service *2021-02-25* Used this to track my order, barely had any information on the app. Not to mention website support for this company is worthless. Ordered fast shipping + next day am. They gave a 5 day arrival estimate.. shipped it on the last day. Unrelia company, cheap, and bad print quality, does NOT match the sample pack provided! **Developer response:** Hi there, we're happy to announce that we have made several updates to the App since 2021. We are launching a few more new features to give better tracking to users on the GP App and on the site. I see you had ordered during our covid timeline and at that time we were understaffed. Thanks! ### 3/5 — Reporting bugs and giving feedback *2020-12-30* Bugs...1. While editing size of text, text box will move off screen and can not access it any further. 2. Background color disappears when adding text. Much needed improvements!!! -Allow us to choose colors from the entire color spectrum! -Add more fonts!! Allow us to design all of the same products on the app as it is online! Not all shapes can be edited...can only do basic rectangular shape. Please change these!! **Developer response:** Thanks for the honest feedback! We did improve on the designer tool and and fixed the background issues. We added a color wheel as well that should give more options. The fonts are currently based on the website fonts, so we ill work to add some new ones. Tried on WiFi and without. Safari said a repeated error was occurring with the site. Decided to download the app instead to see if it worked better. The app is much more worse. Nothing like the site. The site gives you many options and images to choose from. The app doesn’t. The app doesn’t allow you to view examples. The site also says they do prints like wedding invites but the app does not have the option to do that. If I could give it a 0, I would ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service/terrible app *2025-04-10* I have my designs 100 percent but when it goes to preview it puts my text vertically were all my texts aren’t on my card as it’s within the lines. I can tap on the front and it will work but the back won’t then vice versa. I asked to send a email to show the problem they straight up said no. Doesn’t make sense why an app on the App Store is designed for a computer/laptop and all she could say is to do it on the laptop after I just spent 2hours editing after it already glitched out and I had to redo it twice. Paid for 1-6 day shipping. They waited to charge me on September 3rd. Didn’t see my cards till the 12th. The APP glitches during the log in so I just used the desktop version website I recommend just printing local ### 1/5 — Mobiel App is garbage *2023-07-24, version 2.5* The Mobiel app always crashes and can’t sign in correctly can only be use on PC. ### 1/5 — Editing *2023-06-15, version 2.5* Editing your flyer or business card is horrible using the app as well as the website. You can’t edit your texts box and there’s very minimal Font selections. ### 1/5 — Printing and cutting is BAD!!!!! *2023-06-09* Once you’ve upload your business cards and preview the cards being printed (sample print) it looks good but when you received the order, the printing is either off with the business cards not fully printed with the design in which the edges you can see it’s white lines if your business cards is fully colored!!!! 2nd time ordering from them and again there’s an issue!!!! First issue was the words were cutoff on the cards!!! Thank you for letting us know ### 1/5 — Doesn’t do anything *2021-08-02* I was so excited to see that GotPrint has a mobile app, but when I open it, all it does is say “initializing the app…please wait.” And that is it. It doesn’t change at all from that message. Thanks for the feedback! ### 1/5 — Nope 👎🏻 *2021-03-18* The app crashes halfway through editing the card with the Design Tool feature. I literally haven’t been able to finish the second side of the business card because it crashes every time. Also, there should be a greater font selection. There’s not a whole lot of options. **Developer response:** Since we launched the beta version of our App, we have fixed such issues you have reported and majorly improved our GotPrint App. You should not experience crashes anymore. Stay tuned for more features coming soon ### 4/5 — Sizing *2026-01-10, version 2.91* Sizing my upload was a little challenging ### 3/5 — Mixed experience *2026-04-05* So i ordered menu cards for my foodtruck, had perfectly sized prints, but due to lazy programming it would not fit correctly to the gotprint UI preview perfectly, which is forgivable, but annoying when i have 11 signs i have to make. Theres no template function so i had to retype each of the 12 Parameters in manually, which was also annoying but forgivable. After wrestling with making sure they were finalized and approving the sign design 3 times to make sure the image wasn’t cut off, and waiting a week, i was disappointed to find the matte printed version of my design was blurrier than expected, which when i tried to get a reprint or refund the process was a hassle and was sent through confusing avenues i ultimately had no more time to bother with. Sign quality was good otherwise, but for the hassle i would rather just go to a local print shop and drop off a usb and pick up my signs in a few days. I was excited for a seamless signage app to use for my business, but i think the app has a couple loose seams still.
