It is difficult to get multiple family members set up to be able to see and use the app. Relevant chat functionality is often buried within multiple layers of unintuitive menu clicks. I always end up starting a group text message to communicate with the other parents on the team. At least it didn’t cost me anything. ### 4/5 — Notification Badge over the app icon won’t go away *2026-08-24* Works fine for what it does. It’s very annoying that the red notification badge remains even though I’ve opened the chat. Sometimes I can get it to go away if I close out of the app and come back in but that doesn’t always work. ### 3/5 — Good but needs fixes *2026-08-19* I’ve got multiple groups and having to switch between them for chats is annoying. Even more annoying is even after I read the chats they remain unread.
