Tuve un problema con la aplicación donde el baú no se abria y mi medicamento estaba allí. Me dijeron que estarían aquí en 15 a 30 minutos para resolverlo, pero después de muchas llamadas y cuando dejaron de contestar, aparecieron 3 horas después. La experiencia fue frustrante y la comunicación fue deficiente.
