Have downloaded App 3 times and it won’t allow me to activate. I ended up getting a card…. App is complete waste of time 👎

Despite goulds having my email address and me having a card, the app said I did not have an account.

Was ok to begin with but now doesn’t work at all.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear that the App wasn't working properly for you. We experienced some server issues, but they have been resolved now.

I clicked on the menu button and followed the instructions. It would be easier to have a separate button on the front page so it’s easier to find.
