They’ve made significant improvements and additions in the last six months. I appreciate that. It’s slow, and has a hard time connecting to the lights. I used to be able to create a timer for the lights, but recently the timer function on their website has stopped working. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling as well as using a different phone, but the timer feature still doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Firmware update problems *2025-11-04, version 2.3.5* We just had Gouly lights installed and continuously get requests for firmware updates for the app. Despite going through the update process, we get the request over and over again. So frustrating. After trying to upgrade you lose all your saved patterns. You spend hours trying to get the app back to where you can use it again. Shame on Lux lighting for using this app. Have tried to contact Lux lighting and Gouly, no replies from either.
