It logs me out by default after sometime which makes it annoying to use. However the app and service has been on a downward trend for the past year. Deliveries not on time, payment issues with the app. They suddenly decided to stop taking payments from some credit cards causing a fair bit of inconvenience. Loyalty points earned have disappeared from the app and I cant use it anymore. Customer support doesn't know what happened to the points. They deliver on time most of the time. The products that they sell are excellent! The fresh greens are very good, cheese is also good. I used to order a lot but from last few months i hardly ordered anything due to poor quality of product . In bunch of 4-5 vegetables every time 1-2 vegetable is old or spolied . When I receive it look fine but within 2-3day at least 2-3 vegetable literally get spoiled and watery . Also couple of time i have made complaint against under weight fruits . Specifically for avocados . If I am paying 2-3 time amounts for avocados compare to normal market price than I am expecting fresh vegetables/fruits but I have showed them image of riped fruits . I am highly disappointed from last few months the kind of bad quality products i have received despite of paying higher amount than market price and in return money is not refunded and i have received coupons of same amount .What if I don’t want to continue my shopping from here what should i do with coupons .plz I hv request if customer complaint against bad quality product with proof kindly refund there money back and dont give a coupon so they ll not left with any other choices except buying back ### 1/5 — Product and service is below average *2023-06-12, version 1.0.5* The products and service quality has deteriorated a lot compared to last year. I have raised this issue of frequent user log outs even with the founders. But no progress. Almost every app allows users to log in with an SMS password as well. Lost addresses after the update. If you by mistake change orientation of phone to horizontal, GG logo appears and gets stuck. If payment fails, you are lost, have to start at location selection again. I have no idea how this app is being tested and released. I am a regular on this app and have been patient with the buggy app but the latest version is absolute nightmare. They cleverly refund to Gourmet Garden wallet instead of refunding to the source of payment, this app is totally useless , cheated and will never recommend to anyone. Deceiving customers and not at all customer centric ### 1/5 — Pathetic Customer service *2025-04-04, version 1.0.5* Gourmet garden doesn’t deliver good quality products like they used. Their app gives a headache, got to re login every time i open the app. I usually buy fruits from here. And they always arrive unripe or semi ripe. Normally it takes 3-4 days to consume them. This time almost all the fruits i bought from here were very bad. The customer care employees on WhatsApp are very rude while texting, they don’t even care about this issue. And they have a window of 48 hours to report. So if i have to report, I’ve to consume these unripened fruits to reply to them within 48 hours, these people are so unbothered. After paying almost double the money from what we pay near our stores, we get a response like this. So far they haven’t missed even a single delivery, and even the post-sales customer support in the event of concerns related to the order is really quick and prompt.
