### 1/5 — Multiple malfunctions

*2026-07-10*

1. The journal only shows current day meals. There is no way to review previous days. 2. The AI assistant will say it is logging meals, but then the meals shows “nothing logged”. 3. Since some meals aren’t getting logged, I asked the AI assistant for what it had logged for the day and it reported back meals that I didn’t even enter. 4. I have sent 3 emails to support, no replies. 5. So far this app is junk. V3.1.3

**Developer response:** Hi Jeff, thank you for taking the time to write this out — and I'm sorry the app frustrated you.

First, on support: we did reply to your emails. There was a short delay of a couple of days during an unusually busy summer stretch, and I'm sorry it took longer than it should have — that's on us, and we're fixing our response times.

On the app itself, your feedback was exactly right and we've addressed it:

• Reviewing previous days — the journal is no longer locked to today. Our latest update adds day-by-day navigation (◀ ▶) so you can go back through your history. It's rolling out now.

• The assistant and meal logging — we've been improving how reliably meals are saved and how the assistant reports back your day, so what you see matches what you actually logged.

Once you're on the new version, I'd really appreciate it if you'd give it another try — and please just reply to our email thread if anything still looks off. I'd genuinely like to get this working well for you.

Thanks to our community

### 4.2.5 — 2026-08-11

New: Ça Goutte! now adapts to your everyday units. If you're in the US, Canada or the UK, you can display everything in pounds, feet-inches and fluid ounces — from your weight to your hydration, your food portions and your chat with Cha!. Find the setting in Profile > Preferences.

Also in this update:
- The top bar no longer gets stuck after refreshing.
- The offline banner no longer covers the app header.

Thank you to our community for your feedback!

### 4.2.4 — 2026-08-03

If you never managed to sign up, try again: it's fixed. You'll clearly see that a confirmation email is waiting, and you can ask for it again if it never arrives.

  PREPARE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Gout is mostly managed between flares, when nothing pushes you to keep going. Log the date of your next appointment: a reminder arrives 3 days before, and you can see right now the report you'll
hand to your doctor — purines, hydration, treatment adherence, journal.

Not sure which doctor to see? It's a rheumatologist, and the app helps you find one near you.

  THE TRIANGLE, FOR EVERYONE
The three levers acting on your uric acid — food, weight, sugar and alcohol — are now visible without a subscription. You can also log your weight straight from that screen.

  MORE ROOM TO LOG
5 meals a day with Cha! instead of 3, enough to cover a whole day — breakfast and snack included.

  EVERYTHING SHOWS UP INSTANTLY
Log a flare and it appears. The glass of water that hits your goal lights up your daily drop.

  AN EASIER START
A short guided tour welcomes newcomers, then Cha! asks what you ate today. Joints and triggers finally show in your own language.

Thanks to everyone who writes to us: most of these improvements come from your messages.

Educational information; not a substitute for medical advice.

### 4.2.1 — 2026-07-31

Log a flare and it appears on your home screen right away. Before, you had to leave the screen and come back to see it.
Same for your daily drop: it lights up as soon as you hit your water goal.
Joints and triggers now show in your own language.
You can now leave a review in one tap from Settings.

Keep telling us what's broken — it works
