## What is Goutly?

Goutly is a private, on-device companion for people living with gout. It helps you stay consistent with the medication your doctor prescribed, keep an eye on your uric acid numbers over time, and walk into your next appointment with a clear picture — all without accounts, ads, or tracking.

Goutly is a wellness and educational tool. It does not diagnose, and it never suggests or changes medication doses. You log what your doctor prescribed; the app simply keeps the record.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Medication reminders & streak — Add the medicines your doctor prescribed and get gentle daily reminders. Tick them off and watch your adherence streak grow.

• Log your uric acid your way — Record readings in mg/dL, µmol/L, or mg/L. Goutly keeps each reading in the exact unit you entered and shows it against the target your doctor set. Lab results and home-meter results are kept as separate lines so you never mix them up.

• Trends you can actually read — A clean chart shows your uric acid over time with your target line and the share of time you spent at or below it.

• Flare diary — Note when a flare starts, which joints hurt, and track pain over the days. Log the abortive medicine you took, for your own record.

• First-months coach — Starting urate-lowering therapy? Flares can temporarily increase in the first few months — a well-known reason people quit too early. Goutly explains what to expect so you can talk it through with your doctor.

• Doctor-ready export — Generate a clean PDF or CSV of your uric acid vs. target, adherence, flares, and medications, and share it however you like. Nothing is sent automatically.

• Knowledge Hub & News — Plain-language, source-linked summaries about gout and urate-lowering therapy, refreshed from a public feed. Every item links to its original source.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY

Everything lives on your device. There is no account to create, no server that receives your data, and no analytics or advertising trackers. Delete the app and the data is gone.

The essentials — medication tick, uric acid & flare logging, and the basic chart — are free forever. Premium unlocks time-in-target analytics, doctor-ready export, unlimited history, and trigger correlations, as a one-time purchase or an annual plan with a 14-day free trial.
