Confusing instruction, functionality not working, e.g. what 15 digit number? There are multiple numbers on my card, and the camera scan just fail after scanning the back of card. Whoever made this app should not be a developer.

The app won’t work when attempting NFC scan of lux eID.  Says 10% then 20% then technical error.  MRZ on lux id is also not properly scanning.  Your OCR is failing.  Need this for vital services and it doesn’t function.

Diese App funktioniert nicht. Sie hat genau eine Funktion (Ausweis scannen) und das geht nicht. Würde mich interessieren was dieser Schrott den Steuerzahler gekostet hat.

This app is unfortunately necessary for government services and full of errors but the problems do not end there. The developers and workers and unreachable if their faulty app deems your ID card “expired” even when it has another 10 years valid. Nobody on the team responds to emails, or if they do it’s been 2 weeks no response to me anyways.

Die deutschen Kommentare hier kann man getrost vergessen - die App ist eben nicht für einen deutschen Pass. Wozu auch, 5min. mehr Recherche hätten euch erbracht, dass ihr euch in Luxemburg über eIDAS.eID auch dort mit der AusweisApp identifizieren könnt. Meine Güte - Aber erstmal die App schlecht machen.
