It is missing more critical reminders needed for state drivers license, CHL, game and fish, etc. The app needs a summary event list instead of to click several times just to see each alone. It would be helpful to allow the user set their own reminders for 30 and 60 days prior to the deadline or event. Some of us want to pay as soon as possible and not at the latest deadline (eg property you can pay first week of March, even tho the deadline is Oct 31). ### 1/5 — Dowlanded and won’t work *2022-01-02, version 5.8.1* I downloaded the app. And nothing is happening. Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Gov2Go accessibility *2021-12-04, version 5.8.1* I have downloaded and uninstalled the app. I’m still having issues accessing the account. It’s not very user friendly. I have test results that I can’t retrieve. The website states “403 FORBIDDEN”. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated. ### 1/5 — USELESS APP — H O R R I B L E *2021-11-02, version 5.8.1* This App is HORRENDOUS. Period. It is literally unnavigate-able. So so so so bad. People are sick and trying to schedule a COVID TEST - the LAST thing we need is an overly complicated, impossible way of doing so. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Go to Walgreens or CVS. You have to log in over and over again. Nothing of real substance on it. I downloaded it just to register for the Covid test and that was convoluted and unorganized. Last week it did this with my cell internet (TMOBILE) when my wifi was down. NO problem on my Cox wifi until this morning. Now whenever I try to do my weekly claim, it keeps kicking me out to page before. They added some new authentication procedure that I really don’t trust. Signed up for it anyway and got logged into the app. I really see no value so I will delete it. I downloaded this app to get my Covid test results that were supposed to be ready after 72 hours (it’s been over 72 hours and I’ve heard nothing), but the app is totally unusable. It simply pulls up a blank screen. I deleted it and reinstalled it, and it did the same thing. The actual Gov2Go website is also terrible and won’t go past the loading screen with the 3 dots. If I could give 0 stars I would. ### 1/5 — Huge inconvenience *2022-01-02, version 5.8.1* Literally had to download the app because the website is all of a sudden acting weird and not under their private control like it used to be not long ago and was literally fine yesterday but the app won’t even load anything it’s just a blank white screen every time even restarted my phone to try to get it to work nothing changed the app literally doesn’t work. Whoever is supposed to make sure these things work needs to do their job and fast otherwise don’t bother making an app just make sure the original website works regardless. I sent Gov2Go a email. They sent me lots of information to scroll through. Fortunately I was able to figure out how to fix my problem. My hats off to Gov2Go Technical Support. Chris and Neill, who I spoke with, were absolute dreams and helped me with my issues. Most of the reviews that rate low stars are not related to the app but just peoples frustration with the bureaucracy the app is the harbinger for. In reality it makes otherwise complicated and opaque systems very clear! Their support team was immediately responsive when I reported an error in the chat bot.
