I try to open the app soon I open it it kicks me out

At first this app sounded like a great idea! It’s not a good app. Currently I have to walk an 1 hour and a half to where I need to be because this app told me MY bus was on the other side of the city! I checked both buses multiple time and it said they were on the other side. Turns out when I’m walking I see MY bus driving right past me! So now I’m walking and writing this bad review. Trust your gut. Don’t listen to the app

A lot of bug, glitches, inconsistencies, and missing information that make this app very hard to use. None of the VCTC intercity routes have labels (they all say 80-89 intercity) which is unhelpful. Map and scrolling is broken. Every time I open the app it defaults to some random map location in the San Fernando valley and I have to scroll to myself manually.

Unable to download the app on my iPhone XSMax... after 10 minutes of waiting nothing has happened.

The update was a welcome change but now the routes and stops aren’t clickable on the map, and when I do click into a stop I want to see all the times for nearby lines. Thousand Oaks and VCTC…. Also why did you get rid of the search box???
