Sometimes I get 30 seconds to do what I need to do and almost never get a chance to look at my checking transactions. ### 2/5 — The Bare Minimum *2024-06-01, version 24.1.0* The CNB Bank app experience is subpar. The interface is outdated, glitchy, and slow. The navigation and layout is poor. The app often needs closed and reopened multiple times before it will actually let you login; even then it will freeze on a blank screen. The app is in need of a refresh particularly focused on making all functions smoother and decreasing load times. ### 3/5 — Better than old app still clunky *2023-07-21, version 11.4.0.1* Cnb as a bank that I love them. I live in Clearfield Pennsylvania with their headquarters is and they’re always happy to see me but the online app is clunky. I get a lot of notifications for our connection error. Our networks busy when I have full bars of service and I’m on Wi-Fi shut the Wi-Fi off that it works sometimes so I think they’re just trying to fix up the app and all, but overall took it up when it works. ### 5/5 — Updated app *2023-05-13, version 11.4.0.1* I’m not impressed with the update on the app. It kicks me out after seconds all the time. I can’t even see the words I’m typing right now it’s all white. I hate it. He said he could not speak to me about another persons account. Instead of telling me that CNB system was down for automatic transfers. Created a problem. They’ll tell you their checking account is “free of charges” and that their savings account is also free as long as you keep 100 dollars in it. Well in the last month alone I’ve gotten around 70 dollars in hidden fees, you get charges for your monthly statement, you get charges if you transfer any money from any account, you get charged for receiving money as well. They’ll also overdraft your account with a fee even if you have overdraft protection and then charge you daily with no notification, I’ve never had a worse bank in my entire life.
