Thank you for your feedback! We'd like to clarify that our service fee covers much more than just a flight search — it gives you access to features that Google Flights simply doesn't offer. With GoVola, you get AI Deal Finder, which continuously monitors prices and finds the best deals based on your preferences, and Price Drop Refund, which automatically refunds you the difference if the price of your ticket drops after booking. These are real tools designed to save you time and money beyond the initial purchase. We're sorry if the value of these features wasn't clear during your experience. We'd love the chance to show you what GoVola can really do!
Never buy anything from this app ( scam ) absolutely scam

Hi Konstantin! Thank you for choosing our services and for using AI Deal Finder. We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We'd like to clarify that our platform does not intervene in the ticketing process — all reservations are issued exactly as created, and customers have the opportunity to review and correct all details before completing the purchase. The date change fee is set by the airline and applies once tickets are issued. Unfortunately, once ticketed, reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded, as this is the airline's policy and beyond our control.

Hello Mark! We’re sorry for the inconvenience and understand how upsetting this is. Ticket prices are set directly by the airlines and can change dynamically depending on demand, seat availability, and other factors, which are outside our control. Appreciate the feedback!

Hi Paul - we take this seriously, so thanks for bringing it up. We don’t use fake codes, but some promotions you may see online come from partners, affiliates, or limited campaigns that have specific routes, dates, or availability conditions. If those conditions aren’t met, the discount won’t apply - which can definitely feel misleading from the outside. Please send us a screenshot of the ad/code to our support team and we’ll investigate it right away and make sure everything is correct.
