We'd like to clarify that our platform does not intervene in the ticketing process — all reservations are issued exactly as created, and customers have the opportunity to review and correct all details before completing the purchase. The date change fee is set by the airline and applies once tickets are issued. Unfortunately, once ticketed, reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded, as this is the airline's policy and beyond our control.

Hi Paul - we take this seriously, so thanks for bringing it up. We don’t use fake codes, but some promotions you may see online come from partners, affiliates, or limited campaigns that have specific routes, dates, or availability conditions. If those conditions aren’t met, the discount won’t apply - which can definitely feel misleading from the outside. Please send us a screenshot of the ad/code to our support team and we’ll investigate it right away and make sure everything is correct.
