Don't bother with this app!

Heavenly promoted by "influencers", claiming to give you the best price, what a joke! They add an extra 18€ to every flight for "service fee", AI slop integrated that it's absolutely useless. Guys, just use Google Flights for the best prices. Everything else is a ripoff.

Never buy anything from this app ( scam ) absolutely scam

We purchased tickets, and they using “Ai” actually is flexible dates option to find best price ( I never change the dates the app changed based on on best price. We purchased the tickets and after we paid we received a email book confirmation with different dates. I try to contact them right away 20 min or so less later they respond 7 hr. Later that that need 24 hours. 24 hr it’s legal period to cancel tickets with no fee ! 24 hr later They the responded they are not able to cancel the tickets but they can change it for right date for double of the price. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Awful experience, communication and customer service. Stay away. This is my first and last time using this “app” scam.

We'd like to clarify that our platform does not intervene in the ticketing process — all reservations are issued exactly as created, and customers have the opportunity to review and correct all details before completing the purchase. The date change fee is set by the airline and applies once tickets are issued. Unfortunately, once ticketed, reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded, as this is the airline's policy and beyond our control.

We don’t use fake codes, but some promotions you may see online come from partners, affiliates, or limited campaigns that have specific routes, dates, or availability conditions. If those conditions aren’t met, the discount won’t apply - which can definitely feel misleading from the outside. Please send us a screenshot of the ad/code to our support team and we’ll investigate it right away and make sure everything is correct.

The deal finder feature is a great tool for inspiration

I used their deal finder feature and I received many offers at very good prices. I use it a lot to find the best deals in many destinations which I have never visited.

I made a reservation on November 4th, 2025 for a flight on November 5th, 2025. The money was taken from my account — a significant amount compared to the current prices — and then I was told that the flight was full. My booking was changed to November 6th, 2025, even though it would have been cheaper if I had rebooked it myself. I left it as it was, so you could keep the money difference. I checked in here at the airport, and now I’m being told that I don’t have a seat. I need to specifiy that they take more money! I find this to be a complete lack of decency and unacceptable rudeness, especially since I’ve been at the airport since 10:00 p.m
