### 1/5 — App doesn’t work | Приложение не работает

*2023-02-12*

We have payed money for esim tarif, but can’t install it. App doesn’t work at all, including “support”

Купили тариф есим в Дубай, деньги списались. Но в приложение не можем установить, не грузятся данные оператора. Поддержка не работает, сайт как будто глухой..

### 2/5 — Need help activating eSim

*2022-11-20*

I bought an eSim but can’t figure out how to activate it? The step by step guide doesn’t make sense. I’ve tried to contact via support which doesn’t work either. Please help me resolve this ASAP as I need the sim to be working for tomorrow and I’ve already paid for it.
