Charging starts when they hold your parcel after 3 hours at a dollar an hour. *2025-03-27* This is completely nuts. Say youre at work and yr package arrives in the morning at 9, and you leave work at 6, that means your billing starts at noon. You would have to pay 6 dollars (they cap the charge at 5) everytime your packages come in early. Unethical man. This is the worst type of money grab. **Developer response:** Hi there, throughout our investigation, we found out that the charging rate that you mentioned doesn't exist within our current charging rates. Hence, the charging rate that we charges is to ensure the smooth operation of our locker management system. They will send multiple OTPs when you only make 1 request. Leaves you guessing which of the correct OTP while all you wanted to do is to get your parcel ### 1/5 — SCAM APP *2025-08-19, version 2.2* ⚠️ SCAM APP ⚠️ I topped up money in this app for dormitory usage. After that, I found out the balance is non-refundable. I requested a refund, and they kept delaying with excuses. Finally, they DELETED my account and I can no longer log in. This app is a scam — once you top up, you will never get your money back. DO NOT use this app, DO NOT top up! ### 1/5 — Scam product *2025-08-13, version 2.2* 1. Minimum top up rm10, without any reason at all. 2. No withdrawal from app. 3. Only can withdraw by reaching out to customer support. And they claim it takes 30 working days. After withdrawal, accounts will be deleted. From these it’s clear that they are desperate enough to force user deposit money into the app, and minimise the ease of withdrawing out, ensuring that its very hard to withdraw out money. By making the process of withdrawal as hard as possible, this is not going to make people loyal to the app. This is the worse user experience I’ve ever seen in an app. ### 1/5 — Scam for residents *2025-08-06, version 2.2* This is honestly a scam. Why are residents being charged just to collect parcels at our own property? We already have a mailbox and mailroom, yet now we’re forced to use the GoWise box, with no option to opt out, and charged RM1 to RM5 just to retrieve a delivery sent to our home? This kind of system might make sense in a commercial setting, but definitely not in a residential property. Residents shouldn’t be penalized for receiving personal deliveries.
