Recently your app have stopped working on IOS devices. I tried installing and using your app on multiple IOS devices and it’s not working, please fix the bug. ### 3/5 — Swapping the car *2025-03-15, version 4.35.50227* I recently booked an intercity trip through the Gozo app, specifically selecting a car based on its brand, model, and size because I was traveling with my family, including my elderly father. Unfortunately, at the last minute, the car I had chosen was swapped for a different one. Given the early departure time at 0430 hrs, I had no alternative but to accept the change without the opportunity to cancel or even raise a complaint. Despite this hiccup, the overall trip turned out to be pleasant. ### 2/5 — Bad Customer Support *2025-02-05, version 4.33.41230* I have been waiting for their response to my complaint for almost 2 months . They neither call back nor respond to my emails. This is what they are doing to someone who has taken their services for about 100 times in just 14 months. Really BAD ### 2/5 — Not as good anymore now *2025-01-04, version 4.33.41230* When we used it for outstatuon trips and in NCR all was good and we really enjoyed and have references to all as their services and rates both were good. However, Since we have come to Bengaluru we have had really bad experience for local a d outstation cabs And recently took one from Jaipur and that was also nightmare of an experience. Driver was not the same as mentioned, he drive really bad, took many breaks and from Jaipur we took 6-7 hours to reach delhi which is insane time for this distance Putting everything together I think company is very relaxed now and is not focusing on their quality of driver and services. ### 2/5 — Has potential, can improve. *2023-11-16, version 4.7.30916* I have mixed experience with Gozo so far. The team is very proactive and helps in booking and planning. Kudos to their sales department. The support part can improve a lot tho7ugh. I had complained about overcharging in 1 of my trips, they listened but no update or action taken in more then 10 days. ### 1/5 — Worst experience ever *2023-11-08, version 4.7.30916* They do not stand to their word on giving their services they accepted my payment and at the last moment cancelled my booking later onn I had to arrange a booking on my own this is just wrong if they can’t give their services they should inform beforehand itself ### 1/5 — Poor support *2023-05-27, version 4.2.30417* I booked the cab using gozocabs as they were offering a comparatively low price. The driver refused to come at the decided time a night before, and support team refused to help me, and I ended up losing my booking amount. I don’t recommend this app. ### 1/5 — Doing fraud and hiding things before booking *2022-06-23, version 1.5.00917* Recently looking for cab and once you go to their app or website, they will call you for doing booking but never tells whether there is cab is available or not. Their booking team main objective is to get the booking done and they will not care about it then. The cab team is different which they never tell and there is no guarantee that the cab will be given unlike other cab company which upfront tells whether they have cab for that route or not. Other cabs displays only the available one but gozo doesn’t care about it. They can take full day or may let you know sometime before your plan too that no cab is there which I faced. It’s better to book other which are more trustworthy than go for gozo. On top of that their customer representative told that we don’t tell this while booking and it’s customer responsibility to ask while booking. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent company *2022-01-12, version 1.5.00917* The company is purely fraudulent. I had enquired to book 6 cabs for my wedding guests for airport drop and 3 cabs for airport pickup and god a rate fixed for which i negotiated and paid advance (15-20days prior) of 3600 once we decided for the amount and the car types (suv - xylo ertiga lodgy hexa marazzo). 2days before the date of journey, the agent calls and says we dont have the car types we mentioned earlier so all we can provide you is Tata Sumo to which i denied and asked for cancellation. Cancelling at the last moment left me with fewer options while booking from other travel agents. The refund came in parts for onward and return journey that too after multiple calls and emails. The agent and the customer care executives started ignoring calls even. They paid 2400 and then when i followed up for the remaining balance they said its already paid while it was not. After about a month and multiple follow up calls and emails, they paid the amount. A simple cab booking experience became an uphill and complicated task with Gozo. I would never book from them and would ask everyone to look for other operators if you want to save your money and peace of mind. ### 1/5 — Geographical failure *2021-12-29, version 1.5.00917* The app won’t recognise the names of major cities in Gozo, so I can’t book a taxi at all …! ### 1/5 — Thug app *2021-11-29, version 1.5.00917* Whatever they quote as price, expect it to be increased by 15-20% minimum as drivers attached to company will take longer routes and company never keep track on activities. Passenger security is secondary as the drivers remain engaged on phone. Also, the drivers are more like pimps who boast about ferrying girls and make them available if you need so. ### 1/5 — App with lots of bugs *2021-05-12, version 1.5.00917* First of all there is not signup/registration feature available. Secondly, whatever content is typed is not a all visible. Once OTP login is chosen, OTP is received but to go ahead name and email details are to be inputted. Till the time details are inputted, the OTP is expired message pops up and again new OTP to be generated and again the same cycle of name and email details and again OTP expired and again new OTP and the cycle goes on and on and on…… ### 1/5 — Scammed: taxi number UP80JT 2937, Vishal Sharma *2025-05-06, version 4.36.50403* Booked cab through gozo cabs for gurgaon to Kanpur but this guy Vishal Sharma, scammed us by not following the route which google map is showing or what we suggest, start arguing with us in middle of the road, took 10+ hours to reach kanpur to gurgaon through cities instead of using expressway or highway, Never recommend service of Gozo and specific cab UP 80 JT 2937 ### 1/5 — Their app failure cause me pay twice and no refund was provided *2025-04-18, version 4.36.50403* Their application failed due to which i was shown that my payment failed and no booking was done. Ideally in such cases companies refund your money. I checked there was no booking in my booking history. Then I tried booking again and what i saw was that there were 2 bookings made now and both of them were shown confirmed. I immediate dropped an email tried to raise concerns with them. But nothing happened and eventually after a day I was charged twice and no refund. ### 1/5 — Refund not given *2025-01-14, version 4.33.41230* My cab broke down in between my travel from Dehradun to Delhi Airport. I had to book Uber to reach Airport. Had contacted Gozo support on the same day and they assured that within 48 hours refund will be done. Have tried reaching them multiple times but their customer support number only says Your callback request had bern received and we will call you in 360 minutes. Is this your 24*7 customer support? Till date there is no communication from Gozo team about my refund. I urge everyone not to use its app. Worst app and worst customer service. After making a confirmed booking for a diesel/petrol sedan to accommodate 4 passengers and paying in advance, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The driver informed me that he would be delayed by 1.5 hours! When I reached out to Gozo customer service for assistance, their response was shockingly unhelpful—they suggested I cancel the ride if it didn’t work for me. To make matters worse, when the car finally arrived at 10:40, it was a CNG vehicle with no space for luggage—completely different from what was promised. By then, it was far too late to cancel, and I had no choice but to proceed as my family needed to get home. This service is completely unreliable, with irresponsible representatives and a clear disconnect between their booking promises and actual delivery. Firstly they call u at odd times like 1-2 or even 3 am if by chance u check quotes in their app. Then the pester you to book, and once booked and you have some query, they dont bother to answer those and take full days to respond or dont respond at all. ### 1/5 — Trip cancelled but refund not received *2023-11-27, version 4.7.30916* It was very bad experience, I had booked a trip with this app, later due to suddenly change in plan I cancelled it, initially I had made a advance payment, which was not refunded to my account and it’s credited to wallet, from there there is no option to Transfer the amount to my account, also I had mailed didn’t receive any response, it’s not recommended, it’s not trustworthy. ### 1/5 — Review *2023-11-24, version 4.7.30916* I travelled with gozo cab from chandigarh to Himachal. The driver was polite but started asking cash for toll tax and airport entry fees. I called the customer care and confirmed that i don't have to pay any charge for toll tax as it is included in my total charge already. But the i reached the destination the driver insisted to charge the money for toll tax and state taxes. He asked me to pay all the taxes on the way as he said i don't have any cash and i ll adjust it with your payment. I was charged 500rs extra and i called the customer care later many times and wrote emails also.
