It seems like every other week something happens where I try to login and once I’m in the Home Screen, nothing loads. Can’t see balances, even promos, nothing.

The application has not updated my account since the second of this month. I’ve tried to reload and checked if it needs updated. 
It is a great idea to have it all in one place, transfers, bill pay, etc. however only if it actually works.

I know they made it to where the app wants you to have a passcode on your phone to use the app but it should be an option. It’s probably for a security reason but it’s easier to put in a password for the app and not needing a passcode for your phone.
