### 1.1 — 2026-06-19

Architecture & Performance :

Migrated state stores toward Swift Observation (@Observable) to reduce broad SwiftUI refreshes and improve high-frequency timing/replay performance.
Split the former monolithic dashboard into clearer layers:
- common components/theme
- F1 stores/views/cards
- MotoGP stores/views/cards
- API services and domain models
Improved UI responsiveness across menu navigation, page changes, replay views, and live timing updates.

Navigation & Layout :
Fixed page swipe navigation causing:
- black bottom border after swipe
- page content sliding under the top menu
- inconsistent full-screen rendering
Replaced the native TabView(.page) pager with a bounded SwiftUI pager to keep layout stable after menu taps and swipes.
Fixed cases where the REPLAY menu state changed but the displayed page stayed on RACE.

F1 Replay :
Improved F1 track replay smoothness during timing refreshes and lap transitions.
Reduced freezes around leader line crossings.
Decoupled heavier timing updates from track replay rendering.
Improved pit stop replay behavior:
- more realistic pause during stop
- better handling of tyre stint changes
- avoids unrealistic accelerated laps or incorrect positioning after pit exit
Restored/kept position change indicators in replay timing.

MotoGP Replay :
Improved MotoGP replay smoothness around:
- timing position changes
- finish line crossings
- replay timing refreshes
- Reduced track marker jumps/freezes when replay timing updates.
Improved replay timing UI consistency with F1.
Restored rider selection behavior in MotoGP replay timing.
Adjusted MotoGP replay visual details:
- removed unnecessary lap display on track markers
- improved lap-time readability
- improved rider name sizing

MotoGP Race Page :
Normalized MotoGP race result row font sizes so all rows use consistent typography.
Fixed RIDER OF THE DAY and FASTEST LAP cards showing irrelevant add-to-calendar buttons.
Added countdown fallback for upcoming MotoGP sessions when result data is not yet available.
Added calendar alert actions for real scheduled sessions.
Fixed QUALIFYING card behavior:
- if current GP qualifying data is not yet published, show the next qualifying session
- display countdown and calendar action
- avoid reusing stale qualifying data during an active weekend

MotoGP Live Timing :
Fixed Practice / Qualifying live timing to display the rider’s session best lap from lap_time, not last_lap_time.
For Practice / Qualifying:
- primary timing now shows best lap
- secondary timing shows gap_first / gap to leader
For Sprint / Race:
- primary timing keeps last lap time
- secondary timing keeps gap_prev / gap to previous rider
Fixed finished Practice result pages showing points under the best lap; they now show gap to leader instead.
Preserved Sprint/Race result behavior with points display.

Calendar & Session UX :
Added countdown states before upcoming sessions.
Added add-to-calendar buttons for scheduled sessions.
Added calendar notes/reminder metadata for supported session cards.
Ensured calendar buttons are only shown where they make sense, not on derived result cards.

Data & API:
Improved MotoGP live timing parsing:
- lap_time now maps to best lap
- last_lap_time remains last completed lap
- gap_first and gap_prev are used according to session type
Improved MotoGP cache behavior to avoid displaying stale qualifying rows during active weekends.
Added/updated service layers for F1, MotoGP, and Wikipedia data loading.

Assets & UI Polish :
Added shared common components and pixel-art UI components.
Added common theme utilities.
Updated MotoGP/F1 visual consistency across cards, timing rows, replay views, and race pages.
Updated track/vector asset handling and attribution structure.
