## What is GPERA App?

GPERA helps residents manage everyday estate access and services from one secure app.

Residents can sign in with their registered phone number and access code, create and manage guest passes, view household details, track gate pass activity, receive estate notifications, submit complaints, and access payment records where enabled by the estate.

The app is designed for estates using the GPERA platform to make resident access, communication, and service management simpler and faster.
