## What is gPlayer?

Play your local and Google Drive videos with subtitles that fit the way you watch.

gPlayer brings video playback, subtitle timing and style controls, A–B repeat, and AI subtitle translation into Korean and English together in one player.

• Videos from your device and Google Drive
Choose a local video or browse folders in My Drive and shared drives you have permission to access. A Google account is required to connect to Google Drive.

• Subtitles your way
Open SRT, SMI and VTT subtitles, plus standard dialogue from ASS/SSA files. Adjust subtitle size, timing, outline and shadow. Complex ASS animations and special effects are not included.

• Convenient playback
Resume watching, choose videos from a folder playlist, and replay a scene with A–B repeat.

• Korean and English
The app starts with your device language and lets you switch between Korean and English in settings. Choose the app language and subtitle translation language separately.

• AI subtitle translation
Translate external subtitle text into Korean or English and switch back to the original. Before translation, you receive an explanation and are asked to consent to sending subtitle text to the gPlayer server and Google Gemini. This feature translates existing text; it does not transcribe video or audio to create new subtitles.

AI translation requires an account and translation credits. Translation into each target language uses one credit per 800 subtitle cues, with the required credits shown before you start. A cue is one timed subtitle, even if it spans multiple lines. Files support up to 2,000 cues and 60,000 characters. Reusing a saved translation in the same account and target language uses no additional credits. Subscriptions and additional credits are available through in-app purchases; prices and terms are shown before purchase.

gPlayer does not provide movies or television content. Please use videos and subtitles you have the right to access.
