It has everything such as listings by species, boat launches, the amount of horse power you can use in certain places, and all of the lakes and streams in pa with the type of species that can be found in that body of water. I purchased this app to find trout streams in unfamiliar areas of the state. The app is easy to use and loaded with information on locations for trout and bass fishing. The Special Regs sections are great for fly fishermen. In my spare time, I try to find smaller trout streams wherever I am. Since I picked up the app last month, I've had nothing but success. One February day I was free for the entire day and was able to fish 9 different Class A streams. This was unthinkable before I bought this app. Near Altoona, I had an hour to spare and found two different Class A streams loaded with wild brown trout. I later talked to members of the TU chapter there and they could not believe I had found their "Secret Streams" They say you get what you pay for and this app lives up to that claim. Now this app is practically useless. You can’t even get directions to ANY stream as of today. Why? Covid cases are at the lowest point since the beginning of the pandemic. All the information about stocking and regulations is from 2021 (or so it says in the apps disclaimer). So, you can maybe use this app to get some ideas for locations, but you need to do further research to confirm the regulations before jumping in your vehicle and heading out there. ### 2/5 — Not the best *2017-03-04, version 2.40* I thought this app was going to be the best fishing app ever based on its reviews and its price. It's a waste of money, the map shows everything I can pull from the internet, it's great that it includes the regulations that may apply to the body of water but doesn't include any good fish description. It includes GPS coordinates to parking access, species type, regulations, and more. It is super convenient! The lower reviews given on this app are very irrational. The 10 dollars that you spend gives you a wealth of information and it’s only a one time fee. I recommend this app to anyone looking for new spots. One thing that could be added to the app are native trout streams (blue line streams), however I know this could have negative effects due to maintaining the protection of wild trout, but in my opinion, only most serious fisherman will buy this app. ### 4/5 — Very helpful, if not perfect. *2017-04-02, version 2.41* Just got back from a first trip to a new spot, thanks to this app. Bagged a couple of rainbows and had a great afternoon to myself, in a spot I never knew existed. Saves a lot of scouting time for sure. The ability to post reviews of each location would be my only possible request. Thank you for making this available! ### 4/5 — GPS Fishing Guide *2016-02-20, version 2.30* Well, I just purchased this app. I have not actually used it yet. However, it looks pretty darn good. I have another app that does just about the same thing but it is not as user friendly and its content looks cumbersome on the page. I don’t usually buy apps that are over $5 but I took a chance here. I ran across this one at a Outdoor Sportsman Show and was reluctant because I'm used to apps being free and I'm cheap. I'm super impressed with the app, it showed me a fishing pull-off I've driven by hundreds of times and never knew it was there. I love that you can see info specific to each body of water.
