We have been with GPS insight for over 5 years and has been great until this app came out. This app you can not view the landmark info by clicking on it in the map. You also cannot see nearby landmarks on the map, you have to know the name and go to the list in order to view. Useless now for our business. ### 2/5 — Group Display *2017-10-10, version 1.38* We have a fleet of about 250 vehicles, and looking for one truck out of that many is challenging. If your group settings showed up and remained accessible that’d be great. It doesn’t !!!! Very unsatisfied with the whole process. I’ve uninstalled, powered down, logged off, and re-booted more time than I care to comment on. The app needs a major overhaul. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor app *2024-12-08* The support, instructions, setup, communication, configuration of this app is the worst I regret signing up for it… the app shows no driver information, information about the vehicle, have to use one app for the gps location, another app for the ELD, which has been a nightmare getting setup and is still not working! The GPS Insight Manager app allows me to view and manage my fleet easily. It is a huge help when I am able to dispatch my closest technicians to a customer who calls in requesting immediate service. ### 5/5 — Works great *2017-08-11, version 1.37* Problem resolved I edited this review, my problem below was addressed by the developer thanks!! "This app does not work well with iOS' zoom display settings. I like to use zoom display. But in zoom display when I am on the map, and click on a truck number towards the bottom of the screen a nice detailed page pops up, and takes up half of the map. Which is fine, until you try to swipe down to get rid of it and it pops right back up, it also cuts off half the current details example "stopped for..." When I switch back to standard view in iOS settings I don't the problem goes away. Other than that, the app works okay. But please fix this it's annoying. Now you have to click into each truck. It was important to see where every vehicle was all on one screen! ### 2/5 — App Not Refreshing *2020-06-09, version 2.0.12* This app would be great if the data refreshed on its own. We just recently switched from another gps company and there app refreshed every 30 secs or so automatically. With GPS Insight I have to manually push “refresh all data” in order to get the current information on our trucks otherwise all the data and locations stay at the last point that you refreshed. All of the online info that I read on GPS Insights help page suggests the data should always be refreshing on its own. But that is not the case. So if you are someone who is not always at there desk and need to rely on the app to get vehicle information from a phone or tablet this platform might not be for you. I have submitted my concerns thru the app and via email to GPS Insight 2 weeks ago and they have yet to respond...🤔 ### 2/5 — Sometimes great, sometimes awful *2019-11-14, version 2.0.4* When it works it’s great but soooooo frustrating when I can’t see my guys because the app jumps all over the place, doesn’t let me select unless as it reverts back to last selected.
