It gives the coordinates, dates, pictures of the place stopped at and an option to make additional notes. Pictures can be taken within the app. A really useful piece of gear which I use all the time now. An index of the spikes would be handy instead of trawling through them all. However if I may suggest, a statistic page illustrating how many cities and countries that have been spiked out of how many countries in the world? And instead of showing the places according to the title, why not includes the options of showing the places spiked according to the countries? Liked adding the pics and a few short notes. Often only having a few hours to spare between commitments or stopping off en route somewhere. This app enables me to quickly record where I've been, including photos, and review the trip later. It has all the elements of a good app: simple to use while seamlessly integrating the iPhone's clever technology. Die ausländischen Stichpunkte, die einem an den Kopf geworfen werden, sind nicht intuitiv oder selbsterklärend. The only way to get rid of it was to download it and then delete it. Thus makes the app useless when traveling internationally when you do not have wireless data. I tried again and again to get a GPS location with my 3G phone in London and Berlin. I was outside, but moved to the middle of a huge park just to give a better GPS signal. I stood there for 15 minutes. I have contacted them many time with questions about inns I can't get to work with no response at all. This app seemed to have a lot of promise but I could not get it to do anything useful for me. It is not very intuitive and I cannot get locations in either Lat/Long or OS map references. The ability to Mark out a track would be great with map referenced waypoints. I would pay a good sum for this sort of facility. Being able to easily record these locations with detailed information and exact coordinates has been extremely useful. Having the ability to log and share these locations has even led to landing additional freelance work.
