Peu gourmand en énergie. Idéal pour mémoriser les parcours de rando. Seul défaut : des coupures d’enregistrements non désirées qui tronquent la trace souhaitée. Une modification pour éviter cela est indispensable. Pour le reste : bravo ! ### 2/5 — Freezes every time I stop recording *2016-04-24* The app recorded the trip but failed to stop recording it. When I press the pause or the stop button the app freezes and doesn't work anymore. **Developer response:** Hello, the App has been updated and now works well with current iOS versions. ### 1/5 — GPS export time off! *2013-09-03* When you export your GPS data the time stamp is wrong in the GPX file. It will export using your local time but then say its ZULU time. In my case I took photos at 2:30 EST and it exported the points saying 2:30:00Z. This is a huge problem as I can't get my GPS photo linking software to correctly geo tag my photos. The only fix is to manually edit each time stamp by hand. In a given trip there could be hundreds! It should allow you to have an offset in the options but there isn't even that! It does do everything else ok. But I purchased this for the ability to geo tag your photos based on your trip. DO NOT BUY UNTIL THIS IS FIXED!!! I've sent an email to customer support, however there is a review from 2010 outlining this exact problem so I'll be interested to see how they reply. Will keep you updated. ### 4/5 — Overall a good app *2012-04-24* Overall this is a very good app. There are just a few things which lets it down. The first being it only show kph and not mph. The second, it does not run in the background very well the app will crash after a while. If this was fixed it would help battery life, from this leads my last complaint Third this app really drinks your battery. battery boosters are really needed for this one otherwise on a full charge you will get about 3/4 hours before your phone will die. ### 1/5 — GPS MotionX ist für €0,79 viel besser ... *2012-03-20* ... deswegen leider nicht (mehr) empfehlenswert. ### 4/5 — Bonne appli *2011-11-21* Bonne application qui me convient trés bien............. Bizarrement, certains fichiers de trajet ne peuvent pas être effacés...? sur mon 4S avec OS 5.0.1 ??? et cela affiche code erreur " 2 "............... I have iPhone 4, iOS 4.2.1, 15.6 gb free space. Any ideas why it quit working? Up until then I thought it was pretty cool. ### 2/5 — Guter Start, dann aber eklatante Schwächen *2011-02-05* Zuerst sah ja noch alles ganz gut aus, aber dann kam der erste Tunnel. Die App verliert das GPS Signal (nichts ungewöhnliches, das passiert der besten Navi Software) und beendet dadurch aber einfach die weitere Aufzeichnung der Route. Hier sollte sie eigentlich fähig sein, die Route fortzusetzen sobald ein Signal wieder zur Verfügung steht. Besonders nervig ist es, wenn die Aufzeichnung im Hintergrund läuft, da man so nicht mitbekommt, dass die App ihren Betrieb eingestellt hat. So ist die App nur eine netter Spielerei aber für halbwegs sinnvolle Dinge nicht zu gebrauchen. ### 3/5 — Very good *2010-07-09* The app is really good. The only thing that I would change is that I know where I am I see that I am and the gps is off. I want to be able to calibrate it. Annoying when you have been recording for an hour!! I would say this happens 2 out of 3 times. Other than that works fine if you stay in the app. Could do with elevation tracking to make it as good as some of the others. ### 4/5 — Sehr gut mit leichten Schwächen *2010-06-11* Mir gefällt GPS Stone sehr. Beschränkt aufs Wesentliche, einfach. Aber warum stoppt die Navigation beim Screenlock? Ein eigener Screenlock wäre hilfreich und würde Strom sparen (Display aus). Bislang - so wie ich es bislang sehe - leider keine Höhen Informationen. Würde mich über ein Update freuen. Once run, never stops. Never be able to get and upload the tracking data. The touch screen buttons are not responsive at all. I deleted the app and then reinstalled it (twice). The same situation. Now I have completely removed it from my iPhone. Waste of money and time to prove its failure. Very bad product! I sent in an email but never got response! Leider hat das GPS leichte Schwächen, denke aber nicht, dass dies an der App liegt. Der Export der aufgezeichneten Routen via Email ist super einfach und danach schön in z.B. Google Earth anzuschauen.
