The service is good and worth the cost to protect your car. However the APP is not well designed. It has a dated look with an interface that is clumsy and limited. Time to redesign to bring this to current standards.

I had to pay $1400 for this in my new ford suv. Not only does it not work, it dosent allow you to add your vehicle.  Just says left fence. Nothing to help you navigate the app at all. Why was I forced to have this when my car already has gps? What a joke. Either upgrade the system or I would like a refund.

My credentials just disappeared. Can’t log into the app anymore and when I try forgot password it says that my email doesn’t exist

Like many others, I was strongarmed into purchasing this product with a new Porsche automobile.  I hope my car is never stolen, requiring me to try to use this app; it's clunky, glitchy, not user friendly.  Hard to understand a fine product like Porsche even putting their name behind something like this; feels like a rather large waste of money.  Imagine spending $1000-1500 dollars or more for some other app on one of your devices that doesn't deliver on its promise; ugh.

Most of the time the gps is not accurate and doesn’t update real time. The other issue just recently with the latest update is the vehicle history. It is no longer on the app.

The app acts like a regular web page, which makes it clunky to use on an iPhone . Vehicle history will only show the first two entries. I can’t scroll down even though I can see there is more to view. The screen just shakes and glitches. Poorly designed interface.

This app is absolutely horrible. This must have been made during the time of when Oregon trail game came out. Will not link your phone to the app. All the features are hours, if not days late. What’s the point of having a gps to locate and prevent theft if it don’t work. Customer service told me the app is their basic model. But they don’t have an alternative. Don’t buy guardian gps or download this app

I use this to connect with my Guard Dawg GPS. I’ve been working with for months with Guard Dawg as the middleman and the quality has gradually gotten worse.  Every time one thing got fixed something else broke. And Positioning Universal were a nightmare to work with. They misled Guard Dawg about fixing features and went weeks without communicating. 

 Currently, the two principle security features, Theft Fence and Starter Disable, don’t work at all and the zone alerts are always giving false alarms. 

This software is unusable and the company behind it is unprofessional and unresponsive. Stay away from them and any hardware that uses their app!

This app needs a lot of work! When you try to set an alert on your phone it lets you set everything but the save button is off the bottom of the screen. If you use an iPad in landscape, everything appears in a pop up window including the save or delete buttons. There is supposed to be a support button in the menu to explain how to use this app (user guide), but someone forgot to add it to the menu. I stumbled across it in “If your car is stolen” on my phone, but it doesn’t appear on my iPad, however, the first page of the user guide does appear, but none of the other pages. The app is not at all intuitive and without the user guide a new user is lost. The best way to use it is to open the app on both your phone and iPad. You can display the user guide on your phone and edit the alerts on the iPad, but you can’t display the guide on the iPad or edit alerts on the phone.

Excellent tracking system, but I just saved a bookmark- added to homescreen the website because the app is severely outdated! Has some nice report features but they don’t work.

We have used competitors GPS units for nearly a decade. We find this unit just as effective with two huge benefits. Size of the unit is better designed and the price is about 35% - 50% cheaper!  Super pleased with the change over for my company.

Once I updated to iOS 14, the App is useless. Please, please update your App. You provide a service that I cannot use due to this issue.
