It usually shows me a previous location, sometimes minutes or hours ago, sometimes even the previous day. I'm upset because I even paid the $9.99 to upgrade, thinking that might solve the issue, but it hasn't. When it does actually work, I love it! ### 4/5 — First impressions were good but... *2015-11-07, version 3.4* I came into using this app with the best intentions but after looking at another review I began to notice similar issues as the reviewer but for as a simple app and without using too much of it's extra features the app is very usable. Might recommend to someone if they needed basic tracking functionality. ### 2/5 — Buggy, clumsy to use, does not work reliably in background. *2015-10-29, version 3.4* Gave this app a try as an option to track our truck. There are a multitude of issues which made it not practical for location tracking: - Contrary to developer claims and other (possibly fake) reviews, the app stops reporting location once it’s been relegated into the background for a while, even with Background Refresh on. It will still track location when this happens and upload this data once the app is loaded again. - No option to set tracking interval and no intelligent tracking, such as increasing tracking interval when phone is stationary and decreasing tracking interval when phone is moving, leaving large gaps in location history. - Three ways to check look at current location and history, all of which have issues: - Installing the app on another iOS device. However you cannot use the second device solely to track the first device, so it will either waste battery tracking the second device or constantly show a popup message alerting you to turn on Location Services. - Using the Mac App Store app, which hasn’t been updated for several years and cannot sign in to the service, making it completely useless. - Using the web app, which is unfortunately is clumsy, buggy and difficulty to use, particularly to view location history. - Customer service and support is non-existent and enquiries via their website went completely unanswered after a month. ### 4/5 — Nice app *2015-10-26, version 3.4* This app is easy to use and very helpful. Do not waste your time these people need to get there stuff strait. ### 1/5 — WORST of the 4 tracking app I downloaded! *2016-07-29, version 3.4* I downloaded Zenly, Followmee, Life360, and Trackometer. Zenly is the BEST app for REALtime tracking and we have unlimited data so it is ok. Life360 needs refreshing every time you want to find out when someone is on the move going to, but uses data as you ask it. Followmee is sitting in my phone unused yet. Trackometer is USELESS in real time tracking or getting any form of notification if someone is leaving or arriving a location, I only get location a person WAS HOURS AGO. Life360 gives notification once my hubby leaves home and arrive at his office, with a FREE 2 day history of his movements. Am going to try out Followmee tonight. Using Zenly and Life360 concurrently. Such a waste of time! Sent from my iPhone ### 1/5 — Would not refund *2015-11-19, version 3.4* I wanted to utilize this app for an outside sales team. It sounded very promising. But if you are going to rely on the user having to start the app up each it's disappointing. They claim you can buy a Bluetooth unit for the vehicle that will start it automatically. So after I subscribed and then realized this would not work for my needs I asked if they would refund the subscription since it had only been like two days. They advised they didn't refund subscriptions. While I understand it's buyer beware I would have thought that with the short time they would just do the "good business" thing. We're talking $14. I can live without the $14 if their business model can live with it. Otherwise they were very prompt in responding.
