Their service is actually very cheap compared to a lot of other ones and they have 10 days free trial with purchase of SIM card. But communication and customer service is the best I’ve got from ANYWHERE in a long time. Need work with Instructions and setup. Once going it works very good and is precise location. Have to eventually talk to a person to get it going plus watch lots of long drawn out YouTube videos that are mostly useless and very time consuming. Need a more all in one instruction set up and not all the various QR codes for all sorts of things. Has some glitches but for the most part it works well. I noticed the battery tends to go faster with each new charge. First few charges battery lasted 5-7 days. Now after 10 or so charges battery lasts 3 maybe 4 days.
