Bought this system for over £3000 around 2 years ago now he’s updated the iOS app and it doesn’t work anymore emailed him and he just totally ignores any messages that I send him

Good app but the custom server URL button not working

Since 1.1 came out app will only run for 10 mins in background then stops updating... Developer says it works on their kit... Well it doesn't work on a 4s or 6Plus on iOS 9.02 I know what I'm doing.. I'm an IT / electronics engineer with 30+ years of experience... So I can drive s simple App... SORT it out!

Dear developer

I love the idea of using mobile device to track instead of GPS tracker. However there are a lot more thing you should have to fix your app.

1. Make the imei automatically trim the space without having user to edit it.

2. Make sure the app more stable and less bugs possible for example the overlap dialog box appear over another and users can't click.

3. Make sure all server work well with your app or you can specifically mention that which port or service or firewall should opened so your app can detect the service. 

I'm trying to use your app with my company server but not possible as your app keep saying that the server is wrong while I could browse them smoothly via web browser.
