## What is GPSで面積?

このアプリはGPSから取得した緯度経度をもとに、面積・距離を計算します。
面積を調べたいとき、現地にて外周を歩いて周り、角に来たらマークしていきます。
最終の角まで来たら、マーカーで囲まれた面積を計算します。
土地・建物・等の面積、経路・ウォーキング・ゴルフ・等の距離の測定に使用できます。

基本的な使い方

1.『現在地にマーク』ボタンを押し、現在地にマーカーを追加します｡
2.マーカーを追加する度にラインが引かれ、距離が表示されます｡
3.『面積を計算』ボタンでマーカーで囲まれた面積が表示されます｡
このときの距離は選択エリアの外周になります。

※ラインが交差するようなエリアでは面積が正しく表示されません。
※一度におけるマーカーの最大数は端末により異なります。

詳しい使い方

・左下のボタンは左から『トラッキング』『現在地にマーク』『ひとつクリア』『面積を計算』『全てクリア』です。
・『トラッキング』ボタンでトラッキングを開始します。
・再度『トラッキング』ボタンを押すまで一定間隔で現在地にマーカーを追加します。
・『現在地にマーク』ボタンで現在地にマーカーを追加します。
・『ひとつクリア』ボタンで最後にマークしたマーカーをひとつクリアします。
・『面積を計算』ボタンでマーカーで囲まれたエリアの面積と外周を表示します。
・始点（緑）と終点（赤）はくっつける必要はありません。面積計算時に最後の辺として追加します。
・『全てクリア』ボタンでマーカー及び面積エリアを全てクリアします。
・オプションボタンで面積の単位及び距離の単位を変更できます。
・使用できる面積の単位
平方m、平方km、平方Mm、アール、ヘクタール、平方フィート、平方ヤード、エーカー、平方マイル、
坪、畝、反、町、東京ドーム
・使用できる距離
m、km、フィート、ヤード、マイル、間、町、里
・単位で『自動調整』を選択すると、関連する単位は自動で最適な単位に変換します。

また、 画面は マップ が表示されていますので、地図にマークしていくだけで面積を計算できます。

・地図の操作は マップ に準じます。
・地図をロングタップでその場所にマーカーを追加します。
・マーカーをタップでマーカーの番号と緯度経度を表示します。
・マーカーをロングタップ、ドラッグでマーカーの移動をします。
・地図は『地図』『航空写真』『地形』で切り換えできます。

※面積は、地球を6,378,137mの球とし、測地線で囲まれた球面での面積として計算しています。
高度や傾斜等は考慮していません。
※距離は、測地線を考慮した上で API から求めています。
※GPSの精度は端末に依存していますので、取得位置がずれて気になるようであれば、
マーカーの移動で対応してください。

不動産業で土地の測量図と実際面積が大きく乖離していないか調べるのに大変重宝します。マーカーの位置を微調整することもできるので他アプリより使いやすいです。ただ一つ残念なのは距離が図形の外周しか表示されず個々の辺長がわからない点です。これが表示されれば完璧と言っていいので今後の改善の期待を込めて星4とさせていただきます。

御社のHPを拝見しましたが、お茶の関連の機械がご専門とのこと。
大変驚きました。
私は測量関連でこちらのアプリを利用させて頂いています。
大変使いやすく面白いと思いました。
そこで大変恐縮でありますが、緯度軽度は一般の片共通のものではありますが『平面直角座標系のxy座標』を有料オプションで追加されてはどうかと思いました。やや専門的な方々に偏るとは思いますがこのアプリをベースにもう一つ座標系があると法務局で閲覧する測量図の座標を入力すると面積が出るともっと素晴らしいものになると思います。
聞き慣れない座標系かもしれませんがiOSにはこの系統のアプリがたった一つしかありません。
是非前向きなご検討をお願いしたいです。🙇‍♂️
