Any speeding alerts or notifications is off by alot. This app only good for basic /1car use. ### 4/5 — Great app *2024-04-22* Easy to use and great interface, notifications are a little bit delayed coming through but not by much.. The only thing I’m not liking with this app is when you view the vehicle journey history and you have it on X1 playback which is the lowest playback you can have It’s way too fast. It’s almost like it’s stuck on X4 or above because viewing a 30 minute journey literally takes a minute if that. way too fast and it needs to be slow down. ### 3/5 — Glitchy *2024-04-10* App has been glitchy in the last few versions, you have to select a vehicle icon each time you open the app to see where each vehicle actually is, it’s like it forgets and just shows the map roughly where the car is but no icon for it’s position. When opening certain menus it glitches when you try to swipe through or off them ### 2/5 — PLEASE FIX YOUR UPDATE!! *2024-03-20, version 5.1.0* A month or two ago they updated the app! And not it’s completely broken!! Before you could see all cars, now you have to swipe left or right between them! Only if you have 1 or 2 trackers not if your running a fleet like myself! Before you could see your icons (arrow or dot or car) now it keeps glitching and you can’t see the actual location of the of tracker on the map. Your update was pointless and has made it worse please fix this or let us go back to the last version ### 4/5 — Reliable, and it got my car back *2022-09-24* I have multiple vehicles protected by Rewire’s products following a theft, and already this allowed me to recover a second stolen vehicle within twenty minutes. Minor software niggles haven’t been addressed. The niggles include it taking many attempts to open the detail card on a vehicle, some map styles not loading at high zoom levels (such as at the exact moment I was frantically searching for my stolen car), and the alert system is convoluted and means you get regular notifications when driving the car yourself. But overall I would highly recommend. ### 3/5 — Good app, price rise too steep *2022-09-18, version 4.1.22* Good app, however the subscription price DOUBLED in a year so no longer affordable. ### 4/5 — Very good for what you pay *2022-07-09* Does what it says. My only gripe is it as my address wrong. Long time delay for the notifications for vehicle moving/out of zone etc. No comms when doing tests so you get alarms that your vehicle is being moved in the middle of the night when it’s an IT test they didn’t tell you about. Doesn’t give you any faith in them or their product. When the years you I will be going elsewhere ### 3/5 — Glitch🤷🏾‍♂️ *2022-06-16, version 4.1.13* App has been perfect. Now can’t log into the app after the update. Please look into it ASAP. ### 5/5 — Excellent App *2022-04-28* The app does pretty much everything. Of course for more details, the web app is also good. I use it on a daily basis as we have a big fleet of vehicles that we monitor on daily basis. Support team is also always available. This feature still exists on the App. Once you have selected a device, you can swipe up (where it says the device name and its status), swipe up again two times and at the bottom you can click 'get a route to this device'. It used to be the best tracking service. Tried logging in to the app to see what the issue might be but the login screen freezes and can’t get beyond that. Offloaded the app then downloaded it again but still the same. The information and live feed which can be viewed instantly is vital in locating our location which truly can save lives. The staff have ALWAYS been most friendly and very helpful if advice is needed. I like another reviewer who has stated earlier find it rather disingenuous to say they did not receive help from staff, I have always been dealt with in a courteous manner, and received immediate advice / help. After having my car stolen, but fortunately recovered, I decided to install a GPS live on my car. Although this will not stop the car from being stolen, it gives me peace of mind that there is a good chance for it to be recovered. This system is so simple to install, and set up. The system is very economic to run. I would highly recommend anybody who wants to purchase a good tracking system. Just make sure that you can put it in a hidden location where you have a constant live from the battery. ### 5/5 — The best *2023-02-28* I Have a New car and we’re I live is not safe place and I have been using Rewire last two year it gives me Peace of mind knowing we’re my car is it exact location it’s Worth it every penny I would recommend 100% Thank you ### 5/5 — Awesome app *2022-09-30* So I’ve had a db1-lite on a motorbike for afew years now , it’s worked faultlessly the app is really good and straight forward to use you can see where your bike is at any time,I’ve got movement and vibration alert set up and it works a treat, sometimes I forget to turn them off when I take the bike out and it’s messaging me straight away, I’ve just bought a second one for a second bike and the guys at rewire are there to help you set it up or to help with any queries if you get stuck but it’s quite simple. Reading some of the negative reviews about no help is abit wrong as there are only a phone call away , plus if you park up anywhere and forget where you parked you can get directions from the app . For the money this tracker with the service provided is a bargain Chris ### 5/5 — Excellent app and product *2022-09-12* We use this for tracking where we have been in our campervan and providing the security of always knowing where our van is. The 104 Pro unit is hidden in the guts of our van, we get alerts if it moves and we get a detailed track of where we have been. The app is really easy to use, gives hugely detailed track that we can zoom it to and customize for the days/weeks/months we are interested in. As well as the security angle it really helps with the “have we been here before” arguements!
