today i got a alarm sound on my phone when my friend started my car ,however it wasnt tracking my car ,called sim card manufacturer , they reset my unit & told me to take sim card out ,turn car on without  being in then enter sim card again & wait 5 min & turn on again,then they said to enter apn & reboot device ,is apn the imei & pw ?if not please help,thx
