Any advice? ### 2/5 — Setting screen doesn’t work (not worth £1.99!) *2018-06-03* Nice images (from google earth) with inaccurate blue track marked...but settings for waymarks and tracks doesn’t work (greyed out). Can’t find any other setting anywhere! Bizarre. No help for walks apart from seeing Google Earth images. Would like to see route distance expressed in miles rather than km. I use iCloud drive on Mac through finder and i’d love to just drop it in a folder and have the app be able to go fetch it. 2) be able to read waypoint data such as name. A blank orange dot doesn’t tell me much 3) be able to add waypoints and edit waypoint data such as name, add a description, and maybe a photo (not sure if this is possible to gpx files) 4) be able to save GPX maps for offline use. Perhaps a toggle “Save for offline” to save locally, and with folder structure 5) be able to view elevation data, so I know what I will be coming up to on my route Thanks ### 3/5 — Pretty good, but.... *2015-04-20* Screen orientation is only in landscape mode, no portrait ? Has to be an oversight. Hope it gets addressed soon. I hate the green banner, just takes up valuable real-estate; for what we really want to see..... The map! Positives: the app does what it says. Good looking map and the .gpx file overlays perfectly. I used it today to track a 325mi trip I planned out in Garmin BaseCamp. This app read it and kept up with the live location flawlessly. ### 2/5 — App no longer loads *2015-03-28* First off, I've been recommended this app by someone who has thoroughly tested it over long distance. All was working fine but when I tried to upload the data to iCloud, the app crashed and will no longer open. I've tried re-loading but no joy. I'm sure it'll be fixed on the next update? If so, when? ### 4/5 — Great but… *2014-10-09* A great tool. Works fine. I use it to organize trip for my motorcycle club. I import my gpx files using Dropbox and i am very satisfied. But… - should have an option to keep screen turned on during tracking (difficult to touch the screen to keep it on while driving) - should have an option to follow current position on the map (same reason) ### 4/5 — Very nice app *2014-08-06* This app is very nice to use however if you have a gpx file already open and try to open a different one, no waypoints are displayed. Ne demandez pas à cette application de faire quoi que ce soit de plus, même pas ce qui semble être proposé quand on regarde les capture d'écran : les boutons "track", "waypoint" et "route" ne sont pas fonctionnels chez moi (les bouton semblent même désactivés). Ich nutze einen Tracker (GNS3000), welcher in NMEA 0138 Dateien aufzeichnet und als txt speichert. Wird nicht erkannt. Wieso wird keine Probeversion angeboten. I was hoping for a fix with some of the settings, so I upgraded. Now it crashes before it loads. I shoulda read the earlier review. Would appreciate some help to fix from developer, or a refund. Rend bien des services comme interface pour gérer ses traces GPX. Permet d'importer, visualiser et ouvrir dans d'autres applications des routes et traces GPX. ### 5/5 — One of the best trip planning apps *2019-09-17* GPX Reader is one of my favourite motorcycle trip planning apps. I use Garmin Base Camp to create a basic route, then use GPX Reader to view the route in hybrid mode. Hybrid mode combines satellite with map views so it's easy to zoom in and search out remote roads not easily found. Some of my best trips where planned with the help of GPX Reader. Blijkt dat deze app gewoon toelaat om te werken met DropBox, dus dat is een enorme meevaller. De weergave van de routes in Kaarten is perfect. My Garmin is great for navigating them, but when in a hotel I often want to review the next days tracks on a larger screen. The "Open..In" feature allowing you to open maps from other apps works great. The interface is simple and elegant. It also works nicely on the iPad. Only suggestion to the developer would be to make the track in a more evident color. ### 4/5 — Great Dropbox integration, missing major feature *2015-09-18* I like how easy it is to use and to transfer files to it via iCloud and Dropbox or just a simple URL. Please add functions to "zoom to my current location" and show the direction I'm facing.
