It says it could be putting the info in wrong or there is insufficient funds. None are the case for any of the cards I put in. The only reason this isn’t getting a 1 star is because it has worked in the past and I rather like this app. But if I can’t use it for its main purpose then it has failed completely. ### 4/5 — How the frick do I create a rewards account *2024-07-15, version 6.0.0* I go to the rewards tab and it just says already a member check balance ### 2/5 — Works until it doesn’t *2024-05-27, version 6.0.0* Would love to use this app to get my tickets since the fees are lower than Fandango but it never works right. It never connects to the rewards page, it always says “connection error” and it doesn’t let me accumulate points. Everytime I purchase a ticket logged in to my account, it makes me log in again after the purchase, and my account appears completely empty with no purchase history and 0 points. When you choose your seats and put in your information it gives an error screen with no way to go back and when you reload the app the seats you chose are locked out for like 15-20 minutes so you have to wait for them to be released by the app. All in all it’s 100% a trash app! ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2024-05-12, version 6.0.0* 1) Doesn’t store rewards card barcode. 2) Tells you how many rewards points you’ve earned but doesn’t tell you how to use them and what rewards you have earned (e.g., what does 1500 points get me). ### 1/5 — Rewards do not work *2024-04-01, version 6.0.0* There is nowhere to log into an account in this app UNTIL you go to purchase tickets. It then prompts you to enter your account info or continue as guest. I entered my existing account info which then caused the app to give an error with no way to go back. After refreshing and trying again, the seats I picked are now greyed out and can’t be picked even though I never paid for them. What changed? I also like that the show times are right there for you to see. No more navigating to each movie just to see the times. I would like the option to save a payment method and use two forms of payment. Convenient. *2017-10-05* The Goodrich theater app opens with the theater of your choice, and it's easy to scroll down and see what's playing. It's very convenient to select your seats and pay before hand, and just show the barcode at the scanner station before you enter the theater. I also like getting free popcorn from their rewards program! ### 5/5 — Pretty good app *2017-09-10* I like this app because you don't have to Google what's playing in your area. Just open the app and you have all your new movies and movie theaters right there in your area. You can even watch previews just by tapping a movie you're interested in. I also love the fact that you can buy and reserve tickets ahead of time so you don't take the chance of driving to a theater all hyped up only to find out That they are all sold out! Also when you buy through the app you rack up points that you can use for free movies and snacks on top of freebies you get for your birthday and the anniversary date you first signed up!
