不好，用了很久后无法下载，店里启动暂停都没有反应。点击问题反馈。需要邮箱登陆，显示找不到我的邮箱，就是说找不到客服^_^

The App works okay, but RAW+ photos are not added to the Photos App as a RAW+JPEG pair, instead they are imported as two separate pictures.

So I‘ll have to keep using my SD card adapter anyway, but if this feature is added, this turns into a 5 star app to me

The App works well and is much faster than the original transfer app from Ricoh.

However, it stops showing the images once there are more than 1000 images on the SD card. This seems to be a bug.

The original Ricoh app works fine beyond this number, just is very slow on my phone.

### 4/5 — Probably the best GR sync app, but needs some features

While this is probably the best GR photo sync app, but it would be nice if the app had a way to filter by transferred/not transferred or by JPG/DNG. Also photos don’t transfer in the background, so you have to have the app open the entire time photos are downloading. Otherwise it does everything perfectly and way better than the original app

Generally, after entering the background, downloading should proceed normally. However, if you use other apps that require an internet connection, it may connect to the camera’s Wi-Fi, causing the download to fail.

我以为是清除下载列表，结果把照片都给我删了

**Developer response:** 你应该是搞错了，理光相机出于安全考虑根本就没提供删除照片接口给App，所以App是没有删除相机里的照片的能力的。
手机相册里的我们也不会去删除。所以清除列表不可能删除任何照片。
麻烦你再仔细检查一下，是不是自己搞错了。有问题通过App内【问题反馈】联系我们。

开发者您好，APP很好用，非常感谢，不过，我有一个问题，这个APP我下载了很好用，然后共享给家人，给我家那位的手机装上以后，他的怎么都连不上我们家的那台相机，我把GR忽略了，或者关闭了WiFi，他还是连不上，请问有没有其他用户出现过相同情况啊？是如何解决的？谢谢

It stopped showing new folders recently so I can’t export new photos. Before that though it was working fantastically.

**Developer response:** Hello, there are related instructions in the "User Guide" within the App. Due to the limit of the GR camera, the camera can only return the earliest 3000 photos to the APP. Photos after the first 3000 cannot be accessed and displayed in the APP. It is suggested to back up and delete older photos.

【致命缺陷which官方app不存在】照片数量：由于GR相机的限制，相机最多返回最早的3000张照片给App。3000张以后的照片无法获取并在App中显示，建议备份并删除更早的照片。这个是相机固件的规则，我们没办法改动，只能看理光未来是否会更新固件优化这个问题。

Non functional app and the developer doesn’t even have the courtesy to respond to emails. It will not connect, it does not function. This is a waste of money.

However, there was one email where we replied further inquiring about the details of the issue, but we have not received a response. Most issues can be resolved by carefully reading the "User Guide". 预览很恶心，一进去照片全是湖的，想点一张看一下对焦或者照片细节是不是需要的照片结果根本就看不起拍的东西，差评

**Developer response:** 预览图之所以叫做预览图，因为他是提供预览不是让你查看细节的，如果要清楚到看清细节，预览图片会很大，相当于直接下载原图了。这样相机会耗电很严重，预览图显示出来的时间会非常长，这是不合理的。
预览图是要在大小和清晰度取平衡的，我们那么多用户绝大多数场景都是够用的。极少数场景可以直接下载下来查看，也可在相机看好再到App选择。
如果你无法理解这点，建议你直接申请退款。需要退款，直接去App Store申请退款，苹果审核通过后就会完成退款。

Habe die App für mein GR iiix. Am Anfang habe ich die Verbindung leider nicht hinbekommen. Der Support hat mir per Mail ausgesprochen schnell und kompetent helfen können. So wurde mein Fehler beim verbinden schnell gelöst und alles funktioniert einwandfrei.

内存卡内照片超过3000之后就没办法用了，刚超过3000的时候为了传照片还删一下，但是现在远远超过了，现在基本上用不了了！希望可以尽快解决这个问题🙋

因为连不上wifi在app问题反馈处写了自己遇到的问题，app开发就会联系你，一起研究和找问题并提出解决办法，照片传输也非常流畅。理光官方app平时是够用的，但偶尔会冒出来照片黑屏、传输卡滞等问题且反馈无门。所以这个软件还是很值得入的。

使用过程中发现GRlinker无法读取刚拍的图，在app中反馈，开发者居然联系了我，并解释了GR固件的初始设定。响应速度与态度让人好评。
问题总结：老老实实买个64G的卡。3000张以上的图GR目前固件无法回传，所以，128G其实拍不满就已经无法用GR linker看图导图了。在日常使用中，128G就意义不大了，即便是DNG+jpg（最大格式）双存，64G也有能拍1000+。
