Miserable, awful experience buying my second home. My first purchase wasn’t a walk in the park but this was one thousand times more difficult than necessary. The sales rep was rude and flat out ignored me the majority of the time. My first payment isn’t even due yet and they’ve sold my loan. Which is fine, I planned to refi soon just to get away from GR anyway. Would not recommend. The company or the app. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2022-03-26, version v2.3.27* I am a first time buyer looking for info on a new home. While at first they tried to help it quickly became a headache. I filled out a pre qualification form just to be told to do it again. You talk to a different person literally every time you pick up the phone. Out of the 4 people I spoke to in a matter of two days only 1 person even had the intelligence to realize what I needed but by that time I honestly lost my want for a house. I’d literally rather pay rent than to go through that just for more debt in my name for the next 20-30 yrs ### 1/5 — Can’t manage your mortgage *2021-12-10, version v2.3.27* I got this app because there are 100 different to get to paying your mortgage. So easy to buy a house. ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Awesome Team *2020-02-12, version v2.0.6* From April 2019 I try to find a good Landers I work with 3 landers they not get me the Home Loan with FHA until I found Alex Perry from Guaranteed Rate,in that time my credit scores it was 570 that’s mean I’m not qualified for FHA Loan , same with my wife because i apply joint for home loan, but this Gentleman he’s working so hard for me and my wife to pump my credit scores so fast only less than 2 month’s I get over 640 scores in my credit, he advise me and he show me exactly how your credit get qualified the Loan But you have to follow what he tell you just listen to him only 2 months you gonna get the loan with FHA that’s mean you don’t have to pay down payment and some closing coast, Thank you Alex Perry thank you Guaranteed Rate to have like Alex Perry and God bless all the team in Guaranteed Rate. ### 5/5 — Awesome App *2019-05-16, version v2.0.6* Awesome App!
