I would just Face ID and log in and I could handle anything within 5 minutes. Now It doesn’t save any of your information. Every time, I have to sign in like it’s my first time using the app. Then I have to search for my account each time I go to pay a bill, again like it’s my first time. Horrible ### 1/5 — BEWARE *2025-03-12, version 11.2.0* Be cautious using this app! There is no detailed billing information available just a total, so you have no information of what you are exactly paying for. Communications are inconsistent and they will not let you know if there is a billing issue resulting in unexpected fees. Customer service is not helpful. ### 1/5 — Would be nice *2025-02-06, version 11.2.0* Would be nice if I was allowed to utilize the app for what it was created for. I have tried more than twice to use this app to pay parking tickets and I keep getting the same response “something went wrong, try again later.” ### 1/5 — 0 stars *2024-09-26* If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I have to log in every time I want to use the app!!!!!!!!! And every time I do log in, it does not work on the first try !!!!!!! When searching it said my “account is sufficient” they must have meant $0 as the tag on my trash can said no funds available now I have a full trash can and have to wait another week as I hope I added funds but can’t tell. Also it doesn’t connect my water account so I missed a payment which used to be on auto pay and had to pay an extra 10%. VERY not happy! ### 1/5 — It Does what it wants *2024-06-25, version 11.2.0* Cancelled My Payment plan on the Day my bill is due, had I not saw the email falsifying that I cancelled it(Which I had not) at 3:44am, Of course A Shut Off notice would have been issued. So No to the No, This APP NEEDS MORE Work. ### 1/5 — The new update is terrible *2024-05-30, version 11.2.0* I used to be able to see all my water, trash and tax balances right in the Home Screen. It was super user friendly and intuitive. Now if have to look up and reconnect my account each time and I can’t see any balances on the Home Screen. ### 1/5 — New update is awful *2024-05-09, version 11.2.0* Water and trash accounts AND balances should be right in the homepage. I have to click through three different pages just to find my trash account balance and then another 4th page just to pay the balance. Needlessly complicated. Balances that I only pay once a month or so should be easier to see at a glance. I will say the new update does look nicer but it’s much less user friendly and should be much more simple since it’s just to pay city utilities. ### 1/5 — No trash balance info *2024-05-08* Not sure what the update was except to forget my trash service info each time I log in. Also there is no balance info and no way to reload money for trash services that isn’t automatic. Dark patterns.
