This is such a good game and for it to be dead now? All it needs is better advertisement and it would blow up. This is by far one of the best games on the app store and the fact you can’t do regular tasks or quests anymore is sad. I loved this game, the people, the concept, the amount of things to do. Bring it back I’m sure i could have tons of people vouch on this other than that it’s a 10/10 game. Developers bring it back this is ridiculous

The game is great, but I’m trying to play this game on my MacBook. The WASD keys and equipment keys for this MacBook don’t work, so I suggest adding a game version for MacOS.

Please give iOS players an option to ether play the old style or this way u have a lot of iOS players complaining and nothing has been done u added setting to customize all we need is a option to play this new style or how it was before this update please. This is an amazing game that I enjoy but I cant play now because of the settings just give that option that way the iOS player who enjoy can use that and the iOS players who liked the other way can play and it be balanced.

Reassessing because they removed all access from my accounts including 5 years of gaming account and that I already spent a lot of money on the game always helping, just because I complained about the updates in the classic that way the game would end up going bankrupt because many players were stopping playing, hours later I couldn't access any of my accounts anymore because they were all the same email, I lost the classic, olwest and Era accounts that both were the same email just for complaining, thinking that the feedback and support was so we could expressing our opinions so they can hear the players and improve the game more, so it’s frustrating that you play the game for years, spend money on it, and they don’t even care because they don’t even answer the tickets, they seem to live a dictatorship in this game where no one else can express that they didn't like something

For years now it’s been constant mundane updates with nothing but overpriced cosmetics, typically hats. The game is clearly a club penguin clone of a sort with assets resembling TLOZ: A Link to The Past but it only captures the social aspect and even that’s abysmal. There’s little to no combat besides swinging a sword at players or shooting a bow in four directions or getting them dizzy with a boomerang, again just TLOZ online. The developers are just greedy & shallow consistently transparent with their players which even their administrative staff is even worse banning players for having opinions in which they disagree with. 

Lately as of 2025 the game barely can hold a little over a thousand players which is sad to see. They absolutely mutilated this game themselves with everything said alongside never advertising the games like they used to on facebook, at least it was something.

Whenever you send a situation or some feedback for ban Feedback they ignore you and act, toxic and ban you w for longer the game idea is good but it’s all the way in one star but the people who run it it’s inappropriate their people pretend porn and 18+ people all of the game that swear, and dress naked, talking inappropriate to minors. It’s not for kids.

Awful Staff. I got banned for 150 hours for no reason. Unfortunately this is a common problem among the player-base. I’ve been playing for 13+ years and it has been a horrible experience. The staff team are egotistical, abusive, and greedy so they can ban players for pretty much any reason they want. They have a “support” site but they don't care enough to get back to you. It’s not right they do this to us players who pay for their mirco-transactions. This game is designed for the player to earn as little in-game currency as possible so we purchase their “gralat packs” to buy limited time items/cosmetics/etc. They only care about getting your money. They don't care about improving or fixing this game. The graphics are terrible, the items are ugly, the game runs poorly, it’s very slow and laggy, a lot of bugs, favoritism among players, it’s boring to play, etc. I could go on but I wanted to keep this brief. Whatever you do, just play a different game than this. I would rather do literally anything else.

Do not get this game if you want playing quests game. Recommended is Nintendo’s Zelda games because these games are never changing, but always forever!  ZELDA LIVES. GRAAL IS ALREADY DEAD!

Graal use to be a good game but the admins are getting lazy not really updating the game and they abuse their powers to ban people for no reason like for example just this morning I get on Graal and they I see I was banned for 2000 hours even though I haven’t been on in a month and recently just started to play it again don’t download this game unless you like dealing with stupid stuff and people

There are way too many Brazilians on this game I’ve been playing since 2013 to 2018 and took a break I downloaded the game again a few months ago and let me tell you if I never had this game before I would’ve thought it’s a game for Brazilians only you never see any English speaker so the game isn’t even fun anymore I can’t make friends or talk to anyone since I have no idea what anyone is saying at least make it possible for Americans to switch servers and make the Brazilians they’re own server or something since they killed graal

I have to say, I’ve been playing this game for a little over a decade now and it’s amazing. I love the NPCs, the little quests they send u on, and I love the little adventures you can go on. A decade later and I am still finding out different things to try in this game, it’s the uniqueness that makes this game stand out so much, and seeing the admins still working hard and making the players stay active. Seeing this game still grow makes me happy, overall an amazing game.

Good game we need old angel clan staircase, and cloud and ad double Killin just ban kill boost, players, and still include double killing we need it if pk can Last double Killing will grow the game of players if it’s included also been able to sell furniture and things you buy for the same price, you bought them any item 😝 also, why not give players, the ability to make mounts and hats Through a website or some thing maybe you need a certain amount of hours to make your own mount and hat make most areas around the game player killing areas like around burger fudge and at the stairs, miss a lot of the old stuff that was kind of free and cute like having secret passageways and stuff in bushes. Also, miss the retro graphics and a lot of just doing stuff for fun like events that are super controlled by Timon and seriousness, make upstairs and downstairs in houses and maybe a graal night time make a new town may be behind the desert area why not enlarge the map like crazy and have a bunch of pirate with different islands can be in 10 guilds would also be cool good game

, and thank you all for bringing back other players being able to farm other player gralats! A fantastic game mechanic that was greatly missed. The only bad thing to say is this game has a shrinking player base, especially in the U.S.. Please try some advertisement or reaching out to gather more players for the community. It would be shameful to let this game slowly die out. (Especially after spending much money on VIP 😅)

I started playing this game seven years ago, and let me tell you, I have never even doubted for a second, that this is the most creative, fun, adventurous game, ever made. I remember once I got 40 of my friends to play, when I was little. Not a single one had anything bad to say about it. This game is the ultimate creation, and I’m proud to say that I will always be a supporter.

This game has been a massive part of my life for about... 8 or 9 years now? I was only a pre-teen when I first played this.
Buckle up because this is gonna get long, lol.

I have so many things to say about this game. Some bad, but most good. Please bear with me.

Graal Classic was my introduction to MMO games. It was the first time I’d ever experienced truly playing a game with other, real people. I was a very sheltered kid, and my parents really tried to keep me away from the “dangers of the internet”, so to speak. When I first played Graal, it opened my eyes to an entire new world that I couldn’t even imagine before.
I met so many people on this game. All of the friends I made over the years of playing this made a huge impression on me, and I’m close to tearing up just typing this. Even now, all of their names are rushing into my head. I still even talk to some of them to this day! I’m a married adult now, yet I still keep in touch with the online friends I made when I was 13 years old.
Heck, I found my identity with this game. It taught me so much about the real world — well, more specifically, all the people I met taught me so much. Admittedly, I still cringe at some of the dumb stuff I did in my early teenage years, but everyone’s kind of cringeworthy at those ages.

The main takeaway I got from this game is it taught me how to do pixel art. Being able to create your own custom heads and bodies and upload them into the game unleashed a kind of artistic talent in me I never knew I had. I self-taught [myself] pixel art BECAUSE of this game. Hell, that even turned into me learning how to ANIMATE!

I created a lot of my own little worlds with this game. I’ll admit, it is kind of cringey, but to this day, I still talk to one of my closest online friends (that I met through this game) and we role-play a world that he and I created together. It’s the foundation of our friendship and I probably wouldn’t be entirely who I am without him or our created world. I created original characters that I love so much.

And now onto some of the bad stuff, unfortunately.
-Firstly, I personally think this game has way too much censorship. Sure, children play this game too, but I believe that censoring words like “Discord” seems a bit excessive. Children will eventually find out these kinds of things anyway when they get older. Really bad swear words and sexual phrases should absolutely be censored, but I believe there should be some lenience around things that aren’t actually offensive.
-Secondly, the problem with art theft. I’ve had my own personal customs stolen, and I’ve seen many other people with theirs stolen as well. I do think there should be more protections in place for people who wish to have their uploads for their own private use.
-Lastly, I’ve witnessed firsthand that the moderation team can show traits of abusing their power. I’m aware that the admins change every once in a while, but I personally think the application for admin status needs to be more thorough. There have been thirteen year olds on the admin team with little to no understanding of how some of the things work in-game — and I’ve also seen older admins who get really overly defensive when it comes to arguments, and that’s when bans start to get thrown around.

Those are the only three “big” problems I have with Graal. Other than that, I really just... want to say thank you.
This game has been such a huge part of my life. It was an escape from reality for me when I was a teenager. I dealt with a lot of struggles in middle and high school, and going onto this game to talk to people who were actually nice to me — talking to people who actually cared about my life and loved talking to me — probably saved me from doing irreversible things.
I mean it. I’ve met so many lovely and wonderful people on this game, and some of those people have LITERALLY talked me out of suicide.
I can’t express how much this game really means to me. This game was so integral to a large portion of my adolescence, and I don’t know what kind of person I would be if it hadn’t been there. This game helped me overcome some of my social awkwardness, and over the years I became more confident because of it.

Admittedly, I’m not as active as I used to be when I was 15 or 16. I still, however, do hop on once in a while to check up on the game and catch up with old friends. It’s a blast of nostalgia for me. I don’t think I’ll ever uninstall the app. I can see myself walking around Graal City in my 30’s, feeling just as happy as I did when I was 15.

Thank you for an amazing 8 years so far. Here’s to [hopefully] many more.
