Half of the time the restaurant never fulfills the order or is to busy to work on it during the pickup window. The other times the order has been incorrect or incomplete. The app is designed to save you time but unless you have tons of time to chase down the restaurant and have them find your order and then another 30 min to make it past the pickup time, don’t bother. It’s more efficient and cheaper to order in person. ### 1/5 — New account set up error *2023-06-14, version 1.63* Trying to register as a new user and am not receiving the text verification to my phone. Screen that says enter code sent to my phone number shows for the phone number I entered during registration process. Entered all information correctly on initial page. No phone number to call for assistance. Unsatisfactory. ### 1/5 — App is broken. Won't work. The app shows value no matter what phone number or facebook you use to log in. Desktop, mobile, we tried it all. Zero support, no help desk, no communication at all. This app clearly has no upkeep and just wants your data. ### 1/5 — Terrible Concept *2023-03-07, version 1.43* I placed an order via Grab before getting off the plane and when I arrived at the restaurant they couldn’t fulfill my order. I had already been charged and O couldn’t replace any items. I was charged for items I did not receive and now I cannot get ahold of anyone to refund my money!!! This is such a scam. Clearly, there is zero communication between the app and the actual stores. There is no way to request a refund in the app and I’ve had to contact my credit card company.
