Riders are able to view an approximate price and time estimate upfront before requesting rides. We even have a budget friendly option which allows you to save money on a ride; by ride sharing or pooling with someone else going in your same direction. Safety and standards are our number one priority, therefore we are pleased to offer built-in safety features which will build confidence and secure customer experiences. For your comfort, we prescreen all drivers and their vehicles regularly to ensure that they are road worthy and they meet the “RIDE” standard. We offer free in-app driver to rider / rider to driver voice calls and text messaging services. All numbers are blocked for your safety and communication is only available once you book a ride and ends when the ride is completed. Riders can include five (5) personal emergency contacts.
