All the doors are numbered door 1, door 2 etc which seems fine. But they are all in different levels and different bits. So you go to Door 1 and wait but they have gone to Door 1 (G) and you are waiting but they go to Door 1 (B2). Honestly just either call each door a different number (1-50) or mark them D1 (G) or whatever. It’s not hard. When Grab first launched in Myanmar, everything was fine with both car-hailing and food delivery services. However, from around 2024 until now, I feel that the customer service and overall responsibility have become really poor. One day, I accidentally left my house keys in a Grab car. When I realized it, I tried to contact the rider, but I couldn’t reach him. So, I called Grab’s customer service hotline, but no one answered. I was completely stressed out and didn’t know what to do. Eventually, I decided to call the hotline for accidents and emergencies, and they finally answered my call. Fortunately, I was able to get my keys back at around 10:00 PM. It was a really bad experience for me. I contacted Grab Support, and they explicitly acknowledged that I “didn’t receive [my] correct order.” Despite confirming that the order was incorrect, Grab still refused to issue a refund simply because I reported the problem more than 24 hours after delivery. I find this policy extremely unreasonable. If Grab has verified that a customer did not receive what they paid for, refusing a refund based solely on an arbitrary 24-hour deadline means the customer is forced to pay for Grab or its merchant’s mistake. This experience seriously undermined my trust in Grab’s customer protection.
