It has no forgot password option, just login failed every time. ### 1/5 — Login impossible *2025-10-12* Air NZ has done away with password logins, so grab a seat asking for my password is asinine. It keeps insisting on the user entering a password, when the Air NZ website and app only allow TFA by code or Authenticator app. It does not give an option to reset your password, and the user also cannot do this on the Air NZ website anymore. Get with your own program Air New Zealand. How do you expect your customers to register for cheap flight alerts and buy cheaper flights… wait.. Ahhh.. you don’t! You want your customers to pay for the most expensive flights!! Grab a seat doesn’t support this, or use the identity.airnewzealand.com web login to sign in to an account. By the sounds of things, their poor support people aren’t aware of this issue. Called for assistance and they just said to use the website even though they did not know why the app wasn’t working. Apparently this is a common issue on phones. Useless help, didn’t fix it, couldn’t explain why and didn’t care at all. They just fobbed me off without even trying to help. ### 5/5 — Must have app for expats *2013-02-27* I totally agree with comment above that it needs to include international flights. But its saved me a lot of $$$$ by having it, so it definitely gets my 5 stars!! Ka pai Air NZ. Logging in is unreliable, unable to save settings etc. A shame because the AirNZ primary app is very easy to use.
