It says to update in App Store but it is already updated. Does this app cost money now? It used to be free. I won’t reinstall if I have to pay for this. It’s basically a concentrated google. ### 4/5 — Customer service *2021-01-08, version 2.1.6* Customer service is good. ### 3/5 — Good app! but slow, and hard In small towns. *2020-01-09, version 1.14.9* I’m aware most small areas don’t have many places to go besides Walmart, so be aware that this probably won’t work for you if you’re in a relatively small area. But my main concern is how slow it is. It takes on average 2-5 mins to load a simple messages screen and to load my places to go to. The app seems fun but it won’t load enough for me to even enjoy it. ### 2/5 — Slow *2020-01-09, version 1.14.9* I’m not usually the type of person to leave a review but for the sake of everyone, I believe this app is a waste of time. When signing up, it will not log you in through email. Only on a social media platform such as Facebook and Instagram. So I signed in through Facebook but I live in one of the most urban areas of Dallas. However, it would take a great amount of time for the app to suggest me anything at all. In the end, the app is slow and selective when it comes to what you are signing in through. ### 3/5 — useful concept *2020-01-06, version 1.14.8* i really like the concept of this app, however i feel like it falls a bit flat for my area. i saw this app on tiktok, and was hoping that it would help me find more things to do in the area around me, however, there aren’t very many places listed for my area. not being able to add places i know in my area for other people to see defeats the point of the app a bit. you can only add comments for existing locations on the app. aside from that whole deal, the app is made pretty well. it reminds me a lot of pinterest. would be super useful if it had more locations on it. ### 3/5 — wish there was an option to add new locations *2020-01-06, version 1.14.8* my city doesn’t come up on the search bar because there are too few grabbd places, im assuming. i tried to grabb a restaurant, but it didn’t come up in the search result. a good feature would be allowing users to add new restaurants, or perhaps something that connects with google maps. ### 3/5 — Interesting Concept *2020-01-05, version 1.14.8* I would like to give this app more stars but I can’t for a few reasons. When I try to add or grabb a place I’ve been it sometimes does not show up like it’s not in the database or something. I want to add places I’ve been that I love but I can’t when it says they don’t exist. Moreover, I was looking for hidden gems and places I haven’t been before. However, the app had Taco Bell and mainstream restaurants; not, hidden gems or even great small business’ like Melon Seed and T-town Cafe. Grabbd also tried referring me ALL the way in Seattle, which is not close at all. For example, Federal Way is way closer and has a bunch of hidden gems like Ezell’s and Sub Zero ice cream. I checked my internet because I thought it may be me, nope. What about it is slow? Just about everything. Profile picture won’t upload, pictures for restaurants don’t show, and when they do, it takes a hot minute. I shared a link with my friends, very cool! Except the pictures for the restaurants WON’T LOAD. 2.) Pictures sometimes won’t load, and I have to individually tap on each restaurant to see if there are any pictures. 3.) The gray filler pictures are confusing. You’ll never know if there’s a second, or third photo provided for the restaurant, or if it just won’t load. 4.) The concept of this app is very cool and easy to navigate, but it’s frustrating to use. The email option isn’t an actual option because the only way you can make an account is by logging into one of your socials. Definitely don’t like that. #2, the app keeps crashing on me, every page is blank and when I try to press anything else the app immediately crashes. You are forced to sign up through either your Facebook or Instagram account.
