It allows you take the surveys but ultimately does not pay out. Customer service does not exist it’s a company based in Hong Kong go figure. ### 1/5 — GODDAMN EXTREME ILLEGAL FRAUD!!! *2025-01-30, version 1.6.3* First, it's really infuriating that GrabPoints doesn't label each survey with any "identifying number", thus making it far easier for them to swindle you without any definitive information to use as proof. And exactly to that point, today I finally thought I would give them another shot, and yup, they yanked the rug out from under my feet right on my first try! Specifically, for an 11-minute survey promising to pay $1.81 and/or 1806 GPs on completion, I was allowed to give them 10 minutes worth of profitable information and opinions, after which they attached me to a cannon ball and fired me off the deck, straight into the ocean. So yup, lesson learned: GrabPoints is a gang of illegal criminals who love profiting off idiotic nitwits like me who still believe that "the law" is actually upheld for survey companies... Whereas in reality, that idea is even farther from the truth than Pluto is from the sun! ### 1/5 — Bans you for no reason. *2025-01-20, version 1.6.3* Banned me for no reason. I never used any vpns or online phone numbers, or anything that would get me banned. They just don’t want to have to pay out to users who do surveys. WORST APP EVER! ### 1/5 — A scam to steal data *2024-11-12, version 1.6.3* This app is not GDPR compliant (this is illegal) and they are liars. I made an account, and verified my phone number twice. I was supposed to get this to get points for downloading an app, I downloaded the app to get points but the points were never rewarded so I gave up on the apps. Then I tried the surveys. I only did surveys with my real info. Finally had ONE survey out of many that I was able to finish and get points. Account was suspended right after. I send an email asking why, they send a list of different things people do to get suspended, don't mention which one I supposedly did, and say that their decision is final. Again, this was without even telling me what I did to break their rules. I did not lie about my data, I did not use a VPN. They just want your data and earn some things off you before banning you without a reason. The whole point is to never pay out to users. Ever since verifying my phone number with them, I am getting nonstop scam phone calls so I know they are selling data as well. ### 1/5 — muy decepcionada *2024-09-22* me descargue la app, empece a hacer las encuestas, y cuando logro llegar a 3 euros los retiro y me lo deniegan, me conjelan los puntos que tenia porque claro el retiro denegado y los puntos que deberian devolverlo me los han congelado, en cuando he visto eso, me he desinstalado la app y NO LA VOLVERE A DESCARGAR MAS, estoy muy decepcionada, no dejen que os estafen. Disqualified after taking a full 2 minutes to complete a supposedly 1-minute CPX survey offered by GrabPoints. What happened , you ask? I answered the last question that my sexual orientation is "straight/heterosexual", and then the kicked me out!!!! So apparently the BLATANTLY FRAUDULENT COMPANY doesn't work for 80% of the world's population, and they enjoy treating you like a slave, letting you diligently provide them with valuable information, before getting out their whips and tossing you down into the gutter with the pigs. Gross!! So, save yourself some sanity, and avoid GrabPoints like the disgustingly illegal slave-owner/drug-lord/mafia worshippers that they've proven themselves to be. ### 1/5 — A genuine SCAM *2024-01-11, version 1.6* won’t pay you out. Takes your points and then claims you broke terms of service but cannot tell you how or provide proof (because you didn’t). Don’t waste your time with these scammers. ### 1/5 — Good for shooting yourself in the foot! *2023-12-17* GrabPoints = FRAUD. Yes, they list attractive "sounding" surveys (high payments for reasonable times), and yes, they gleefully collect and profit from your honest answers, letting you fill out 90% of those surveys. But then, they climax and ejaculate by DISQUALIFYING YOU FROM EVERY SINGLE ATTEMPTED SURVEY, and never pay you even a single penny for disqualification. Thus they profit off your slave labor and get sexual pleasure from your torture. To think that "slavery" was illegal... If you need another good alternative try five surveys they actually pay and I got 20$ from it so far ### 1/5 — Account suspension *2026-04-06, version 1.6.18* My sister had been hyping up this app saying it genuinely gives her real money fast and I believed it, how ever she said her account had been suspended and orginally I thought that it was her fault, maybe answering to quickly and not reading questions properly til I did. I bought the 3 dollar gift card and it never arrived to my gmail. I go into the app and it appears I have been logged out of it, of course I try to log back in and it tells me my account had been suspended, didn’t tell me why or anything so I had wasted a good hour for nothing. I highly do not recommend this app unless you want to waste your time. The people who are hyping this up are LYING, this app genuinely does not work. Some might make a buck or two but notice how people are only reviewing an hours worth of work with no update because it genuinely does not work. If you want a REAL app that gives you money then I suggest eureka. Its a scam. They take you till midway and than suddenly close your survey. A big bunch of scammers runs this app. Dont install. My sister made $100+ in a month because she grinded it intensely. Once you get over the constant repetition and frequent survey disqualifications, it becomes easy money! The only issue is the surveys which have high chances of disqualification despite honest opinions being shared which results in the user being screened out which is disqualification. I rated it 4 stars because of the survey disqualifications. Otherwise You can earn points by playing games on the offer walls in which you get your reward within a few business days after redemption which is real money that is cashed out to any gift card or your PayPal account that can be spent anywhere you want to buy your gifts. Your device could overheat if you don’t uninstall the offers in the offer wall when they are fully completed. ### 3/5 — Nice app *2024-10-05, version 1.6.3* Its a nice app, but I was a bit disappointed because there is no steam gift cards even though it is advertised on the app store.
