But no, I had to copy paste my card info in. Also this is an iPhone app and makes no use of the expensive space of the iPad screen. If you fill out an order, and don’t have an address submitted yet, it becomes impossible to submit the order as the submit button is hidden. If you need to enter your credit card info, the expiration date is invisible. So it’s a haptic-feedback guessing game trying to figure out what number you’re scrolling to. Even if these critical-level bugs didn’t exist, the layout and design of this app is extremely dated (10+ years) and confusing to use. ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Service *2021-12-26, version 5.3* We ordered Christmas Eve, the food was to be delivered, never delivered. Restaurant got everything wrong. Your support was unhelpful and I will be deleting the app as soon as I receive a refund from the restaurant. ### 1/5 — Your info might be compromised *2020-12-25, version 5.3* Hi all, I don’t wanted to be disrespectful but I am sharing my experiences. My last three credit card got compromised. The third one got compromised today (25th December, 2020). The pattern is that all of those compromised credit cards I used in this app. I am shocked to find out the truth. I am requesting Apple to review it and if possible please take extra layers of protection. ### 1/5 — Didn’t Refund Me and Insulted Me Multiple Times *2020-12-02, version 5.3* Ordered something through Grabull and immediately got a call that I was outside their delivery range. I asked them to cancel the order and the restaurant I ordered from called me expecting me to pick it up. I called and emailed Grabull multiple times. I never got a refund and their customer support shouted at me and told me I had an “understanding problem.” Eventually I outsourced the refund request to my bank.
