Grace Adventures is the warm, illustrated home for your church kids' events — VBS, summer camp, retreats, weekly clubs, anything where parents drop off and pick up kids. Built for parents, staff, and admins in one app.

— FOR PARENTS —

• Multi-day programs are fully supported — RSVP to every day of VBS at once
• Self check-in opens 30 minutes before each event — skip the line at the door
• Watch the day unfold in real time — photos and updates from leaders
• Track every adventure your child has been to, all in one place
• Add, edit, and manage your own children's profiles, allergies, and medical notes
• Self check-out: tap when you're at the door, staff confirm you, and you're on your way

• Live event-day dashboard with one-tap pending check-in and check-out confirmation

— HOW SIGN-IN WORKS —

Grace Adventures uses phone + 6-digit PIN. No email/password mess. Your phone is your account, scoped to your church. Sessions stay signed in until you tap "Sign out."

— PRIVACY —

Grace Adventures is designed for kids' programs, and we treat that data carefully:

• Children's names, dates of birth, and allergy notes are stored only on the church's account and only used to run the event
• Photos posted by staff are visible to parents in the same organization for the duration of the event
• No third-party advertising or tracking, ever
• Account deletion is one tap away in Settings — your data leaves the system immediately
• Photo and safety consent is captured at registration and retained as part of your record
