Hey! I’m happy to adjust this but i tried reaching you directly and the link is dead.  I was gifted a lifetime membership through gala darling a few years ago.  I went to go check it out again and it says my account was deleted for lack of use or something to that effect.  Can you help me?

I was disappointed that there were very few options to try the app for free (sleep & happy hypno but very stripped down versions with no music, etc). Not even a free trial. A subscription was $19.95 per month! Outrageous. I immediately deleted my account and removed the app. A waste of time.

### 2/5 — Missing sessions that are available on YouTube, pushes 200 personal sessions way too fast/too soon

I found this app after seeing the YouTube hypnosis session on exercise motivation. The video mentioned that the session was part of the get Grace app, but it’s not. Searching for it using the term “exercise motivation,’returns nothing. It’s not in the health/weight loss area of the app either. Feels like there’s a bit of a bait and switch happening. Also, the app is monetized to push personal hypnosis sessions so does the email newsletter. Within three days, there is a push toward personal hypnosis, which, in my opinion is too soon. You can’t even measure the efficacy of the hypnosis sessions in the app.

While the intro to hypnosis sessions are nice. There is no way to know that you’ve watched them as there is no way to mark them as completed. 

I think there’s potential with this app, but it’s missing the key hypnosis session that I was looking for. There seems to be a big disconnect between sessions that are available on the YouTube channel and what is available in the app.

I would not recommend for pain relief.  During the session the practitioner asks for the painful part of the body to ask what it needs.  I literally wanted to scream with frustration.  My body does not talk, if it did I would not be looking for help.  Completely exasperating and not what someone needs who is in chronic pain.
