## What is GraceFlow?

GraceFlow is a private space for silent blessings, goodwill and gentle reflection.

Choose a quiet blessing for someone you love, someone difficult, yourself, your family or the wider world. Move through short guided steps, offer peace without needing to say anything, and save a private reflection when you finish.

GraceFlow supports a calm local practice:

* Guided blessings for gentle beginnings, close relationships, difficult relationships, self-kindness and wider care.
* Background audio with rain, ocean, brown noise, forest and soft ambient tracks.
* Private history, favorites and unfinished drafts stored on your device.
* Optional voice notes, reminders, profiles, app lock, accessibility settings and encrypted backup export.
* English, Serbian, Croatian and Spanish interface support.
* Light and dark themes designed for quiet repeated use.

Privacy is part of the practice. GraceFlow works without an account, public feed, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or GraceFlow cloud sync. Your blessing history, notes, profiles and settings stay local to your device unless you choose to export or back them up.

GraceFlow is a reflective wellbeing app. It does not provide medical care, therapy, crisis support, diagnosis, treatment or legal advice. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person now.
