Grade Britain shows every UK A-level and GCSE subject the way the data actually reads: nationally, honestly, and at a glance.

Pick a subject and see its full grade distribution, where it ranks against every other subject, and how it has moved across 2022-2025. Compare every exam board that offers it. Zoom
out to the whole national landscape in a single grid. And read the surprising facts buried in the numbers that no results-day headline tells you.

WHAT'S INSIDE
  • Your subject, nationally. The headline grade rate, the full A*-U distribution, and an "out of every 100 students" view.
  • The ranking. Where your subject sits among every national subject, on any threshold you choose (A*, A*-A, A*-C, or a pass).
  • The grade landscape. Every subject, every year, in one heatmap. The post-COVID grading reset reads as a whole column shifting paler.

  No account. No tracking. No analytics. Grade Britain makes no network calls and works entirely offline. Your pinned subjects stay on your device and nowhere else.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-20

A new shape. Subjects, Boards, Movers, Heatmap and Boundaries now sit on a tab bar, sharing one question: which level, which board, which year, ranked by which grade. Set it once on Subjects and every tab follows; switch A-level and GCSE from any tab.

New: Grade boundaries. For every Pearson Edexcel A-level, the marks needed for each grade from June 2023 to 2026, as a share of the maximum, paper by paper. Boundaries measure the paper; distributions measure the cohort. A line that drops means that year's paper was harder, not that the subject got easier. Coursework and practical components that have not moved are marked "held still".

Also: provisional 2026 A-level and GCSE figures for every board that has published, a clearer Boards screen with the subject choice on the title, and a hint for pinning your own subjects.
