## What is Gradebook?

Gradebook is the student planner built around your grades. Keep every class, due date, and class time in one place, and always know where you stand and what you need next.

PLAN YOUR WEEK
• Upcoming: Everything due this semester in one list.
• Reminders: Get a reminder before anything is due.
• Class times: Add when and where each class meets, and get a notification before it starts.
• Class details: Your teachers, their emails, rooms, and class links, one tap away.

KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
• Grades that move as you go: Enter a score and your class grade and GPA update instantly.
• Target grades: Set the grade you’re aiming for and see the exact score you need on everything left.
• Needs Score: Work you’ve handed in waits in one list until its grade comes back, and you can enter the score right there.
• Custom scales: Build the GPA and letter-grade scales your school uses, or skip GPA and work in percentages.
• Multi-term classes: Quarters, trimesters, or a full year, with terms averaged, custom-weighted, or progressive.

STAY ORGANIZED
• Sort your way: List assessments by due date, weight, or what still needs a score.
• Notes: Jot down anything worth remembering.
• Share a class: Send a school, semester, or class to a classmate as a template. Notes, scores, due dates, and class details stay out unless you include them.
• Private iCloud sync: Your Gradebook follows you across your devices. No sign-ups, no ads, no tracking.

GRADEBOOK PRO
Everything above is free. Pro adds:
• Class Schedule: See your week as a grid of class times, or use a picture of the timetable you already have.
• Syllabus Scan: Set up a class in seconds from your syllabus, including its breakdown, teachers, and class times. Powered by Apple Intelligence, entirely on your device. Requires a device with Apple Intelligence and iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later.
• Advanced classes: Boosts for Honors, AP, IB, or any category you add, and see your Weighted GPA.
• Max grade: See the best you can still finish with.
• Attach photos, scans, and files to any assessment.
• Unlimited assessment groups.
• Carry over a previous GPA and credits.
• Every app color theme.
